Chorus Aviation closes Kadex Aero Supply acquisition

An anonymous director reports CHORUS AVIATION COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF KADEX AERO SUPPLY Chorus Aviation Inc. has completed the acquisition of Kadex Aero Supply Ltd., a leading independent distributor of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) aircraft parts, supplies, and repair and overhaul services. The acquisition was announced on Feb. 12, 2026. About Chorus Aviation Inc.
