- Marketing Agreement: Signed with Zimtu Capital Corp. for a 12-month term starting June 1, 2026. Cost is $15,000/month. Services include investor presentations, email marketing, lead generation, blog posts, digital campaigns, social media management, Rockstone Research reports, and video news releases. Zimtu owns 5,850,000 shares and is a Non-Arm’s Length Party. Compensation is cash-only (no securities).
- Property Details: Crystal Lake Property comprises 8 contiguous mineral claims covering ~5,283 hectares, 34 km south of Fort Fraser, BC. Year-round access via Kenny Dam Road and forestry roads, with proximity to CN rail, BC Hydro transmission, Highway 16, and communities of Vanderhoof and Fraser Lake.
- Qualified Person: Nathan Schmidt, P.Geo. (EGBC Licence 48336), Director of the Company and geologist with Dahrouge Geological Consulting Ltd., reviewed and approved all scientific and technical content.
