Urban Infra receives Ont. concrete, drainage contract

WINS MANDATE FOR 100 ADDITIONAL NEW HOME BUILDS IN KITCHENER, ONTARIO Urban Infrastructure Group Inc. has been awarded a contract for concrete and drainage work for a large-scale residential development by one of its largest developer customers in Kitchner, Ont. Against the backdrop of a very difficult industry and economic conditions in Ontario, Urban Infrastructure prevailed in what was a very competitive bid process. The contract is for 100 units with a start date set for next month to be completed in approximately six months. This latest win comes on the heels of the approximately 200-new-home project win announced in late August. That project is in Milton, Ont., and work is under way this week.
