Relevant Gold Receives Expanded Drilling Approvals for the Lewiston Project in Wyoming
Relevant secured BLM approval to expand its Lewiston drilling season, advancing the project's exploration program.

Relevant Gold Corp. has secured regulatory approval from the U.S. Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) for its Plan of Operations to expand exploration drilling at its 100%-owned Lewiston Project. The approved plan authorizes 29 drill-pad locations along the southern Burr and Sweetwater trends, supporting a phased, multi-year exploration program.
Near-term operational goals include completing additional drill holes at the Sweetwater and Burr targets before the end of the 2026 season. This includes a specific step-out hole planned approximately 2 km from the 2024 drill area at Burr. The approval follows the company's October 28, 2026 announcement staking 5,800 additional acres, bringing the total land position to approximately 20,000 acres, as well as the August 2026 commencement of a 5,000-meter oriented drill program.
No new assay results or geological discoveries are reported in this release. The announcement is strictly a regulatory and operational milestone confirming the company can proceed with its planned drilling campaign.
The Bureau of Land Management and the Department of Environmental Quality approvals remove a permitting bottleneck, validating management's execution capability to advance the Lewiston exploration program as previously outlined. This development serves as a direct follow-up to the announced 2026 drilling strategy and recent land acquisitions, a regulatory step already anticipated by the market and company guidance.
The release does not introduce new geological data, alter the exploration thesis, or provide immediate financial catalysts; it simply enables the company to test its expanded target footprint. The impact is operational and incremental, aligning with the company's stated exploration timeline.
Relevant Gold Corp. (RGC) is a pre-revenue exploration company focused on district-scale Archean orogenic gold systems within Wyoming's Oregon Trail Structural Belt. The company holds a portfolio of more than 44,000 acres across five projects, with the Lewiston Project, covering the Burr and Sweetwater trends, and the Bradley Peak Project, featuring the Apex target, serving as the primary exploration hubs.
The company’s geological thesis applies Abitibi-style exploration models to Wyoming's greenstone belts, targeting structurally controlled, shear-hosted gold mineralization with multi-metal associations including gold, silver, copper, lead, and zinc. All projects remain in the exploration phase, and no mineral resources, reserves, or economic studies have been disclosed. Historical drilling has demonstrated a 76% success rate across 55 holes, though intercepts have been modest to date.
