Stallion Uranium Announces Strategic Technical Partnership with Axiom Exploration Group and Corporate Update
Stallion Uranium appoints an interim CEO, restructures its Atha joint venture, and partners with Axiom for technical services.

Stallion Uranium Corp. has entered into a Master Services Agreement with Axiom Exploration Group Ltd. to provide geological, geophysical, and environmental consulting services for the Moonlite Project. In a related development, the company amended its option agreement with Atha Energy Corp., reducing Stallion's retained interest in the Moonlite claims from 70% to 50% and establishing a pathway to a 50/50 joint venture. Under the terms of the agreement, Atha Energy retains the right, but not the obligation, to pay Stallion $2.5 million upon a material discovery on the subject claims.
The company also announced leadership transitions, appointing Michelle Roth as Interim CEO and Xavier Wenzel as CFO. Matthew Schwab stepped down as CEO, Darren Slugoski as VP of Exploration, and Paulo Santos as CFO. As part of the appointment, Michelle Roth was granted 200,000 incentive stock options at an exercise price of $0.13 per share, vesting immediately, subject to TSX-V approval.
Operationally, Phase II drilling at the Coyote target will continue, building on Phase I geological and geophysical data to refine drill-ready targets.
Stallion Uranium Corp. (STUD) has announced a standard corporate governance and joint venture restructuring update for the early-stage explorer. The company’s leadership transition introduces experienced mining finance and exploration professionals to its team. As part of this change, Roth received an option grant at $0.13, a price that aligns with the current market value and indicates no immediate dilution shock.
Under the amended joint venture terms, Stallion’s retained interest in the project has been reduced from 70% to 50%. This adjustment limits the company's upside potential on a discovery but shares exploration costs and risks with partner Atha Energy. The agreement includes a $2.5 million discovery bonus, which represents a standard milestone payment structure. Additionally, a technical partnership with Axiom Exploration Group has been formalized to build on existing advisory relationships and improve targeting efficiency.
No new financial data, discovery results, or capital raises were disclosed in the update. The operational drilling program remains on track, with approximately 2,165 metres remaining. The stock is currently trading at a 52-week low, reflecting the inherent risks of the exploration stage and a recent downward trend. This news does not introduce a new catalyst or alter the fundamental risk/reward profile until drill results materialize.
