Stallion Uranium Intersects Highest Radioactivity to Date at Coyote, Plans to Expand Drill Program to 6,750 Metres

Stallion reports Coyote’s highest radioactivity remains gamma counts rather than uranium grade.

Executive Summary

Stallion Uranium Corp. (STUD) has completed 4,626 meters of drilling at its Coyote project, representing approximately 84% of the previously announced 5,500-meter program. The company plans to expand the initiative by an additional 1,250 meters to reach a total of approximately 6,750 meters before the end of the season.

New downhole gamma results have been reported for two holes, selected using a 300 cps cut-off over a 0.3-meter downhole width. All reported intervals represent downhole lengths, as true widths have not been determined. No uranium assays are included in this release.

The reported gamma intercepts are as follows:

  • ML26-005: 2.3 meters from 571.9 meters to 574.2 meters averaged 595 cps, with a 1,416 cps peak.
  • ML26-005: 0.3 meters from 649.9 meters to 650.2 meters averaged 648 cps, with an 862 cps peak.
  • ML26-006A: 0.3 meters from 608.1 meters to 608.4 meters averaged 458 cps, with a 561 cps peak.

Additionally, a ground gravity survey has been mobilized at the Stone Island property.

Material Impact

Stallion Uranium Corp. (STUD) released an incremental exploration update that does not constitute a discovery, resource expansion, or de-risking event. The company remains an early-stage grassroots explorer with no mineral resource, no reserve, no mine plan, and no reported uranium assay interval. While the release adds a modest quantitative gamma peak, it follows a prior qualitative anchor where the first three holes exceeded 300 cps and showed alteration and structure.

The market has not re-rated on the Coyote drilling; the stock has fallen from a September 2025 high of CAD 0.51 to CAD 0.19, near its 52-week low. The program expansion from 5,500 m to 6,750 m is positive but not financially material at this stage. With cash of about CAD 16.3 million as of Q1 2026 and no long-term debt, the company can likely complete this round of drilling, but the value thesis remains entirely discovery-dependent.
