Stallion Uranium Announces Strategic Technical Partnership with Axiom Exploration Group and Corporate Update
Velocity Mining locks in December closing for a $55m sale of its Rozino asset.

Velocity Minerals Ltd. (VLC) announced that Turker Global Madencilik has issued written notice electing to proceed to the closing of the sale of the Tintyava Exploration Assets. The transaction is anticipated to close on or about December 14, 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions precedent.
Prior to closing, the remaining completion payment of US$38.5 million must be paid into an escrow agent. Additionally, Turker retains a separate option to acquire additional Non-Tintyava assets for an additional US$4.0 million, which remains exercisable per the definitive agreement. The announcement follows the initial US$16.5 million tranche received in June 2025 and the November 2025 update on the transaction structure and escrow requirements.
Velocity Minerals Ltd. (VLC) confirmed the execution timeline for a previously disclosed US$55.0 million asset sale, providing a concrete closing date and reiterating the escrow funding requirement. This procedural follow-up validates management's prior guidance without introducing new financial terms, operational changes, or unexpected catalysts. The market has already priced in the transaction over the past 16 months, making this a routine confirmation of deal progression rather than a surprise event.
Velocity Minerals Ltd. (VLC) operates a hub-and-spoke development model centered on the Rozino Gold Project in Bulgaria. The Rozino project is a 70/30 joint venture with Gorubso Kardzhali AD. The flagship asset features a conventional open-pit mine with on-site flotation and downstream processing.
According to a revised Pre-Feasibility Study, the project outlines a life-of-mine production of 368,000 oz of gold, with a steady-state annual production of 59,400 oz. The study calculates an after-tax NPV5 of US$163 million, an internal rate of return (IRR) of 27.4%, and an all-in sustaining cost of $755 per oz.
The company recently sold its 70% interest in the Tintyava Exploration Assets (Rozino) to Turker Mining for US$55.0 million.
