Talisker Intersects 301.88 g/t Au over 0.55 m within 79.23 g/t Au over 2.10 metres in the Bralorne West Zone - 2026 Bralorne Gold Project Resource Conversion Program

Talisker’s high-grade Bralorne West infill drilling confirms the deposit’s grade continuity rather than expanding its overall scale.

Executive Summary

Talisker Resources Ltd. (TSK) released results on 29 October 2026 for 17 additional drill holes from the Bralorne West Zone, part of the company’s 2026 resource-conversion program at the producing Mustang Mine. Total drilling for the Mustang Mine in 2026 is stated as 25,442 m in 92 holes.

The release highlights the following composite intervals:

  • SB-2026-032: 0.70 m @ 40.90 g/t Au within 2.15 m @ 16.29 g/t Au, 101 Vein.
  • SB-2026-035: 0.80 m @ 56.96 g/t Au within 2.30 m @ 19.84 g/t Au, 55HW Vein.
  • SB-2026-037: 0.50 m @ 58.36 g/t Au within 2.45 m @ 12.78 g/t Au, 101 Vein; and 0.55 m @ 33.44 g/t Au within 3.05 m @ 9.74 g/t Au, 55 Vein.
  • SB-2026-038: 0.60 m @ 32.07 g/t Au within 2.20 m @ 8.77 g/t Au, 55HW Vein.
  • UB-2026-046: 1.05 m @ 23.78 g/t Au within 2.25 m @ 11.10 g/t Au, 55HW Vein.
  • UB-2026-048: 0.60 m @ 20.26 g/t Au within 2.25 m @ 5.62 g/t Au, 276 Vein.
  • UB-2026-050: 0.55 m @ 25.20 g/t Au within 2.10 m @ 7.75 g/t Au, 55HW Vein; and 0.65 m @ 15.76 g/t Au within 2.45 m @ 9.51 g/t Au, 276 Vein.
  • UB-2026-052: 0.85 m @ 38.63 g/t Au within 2.20 m @ 15.14 g/t Au, 55HW Vein.
  • UB-2026-054: 0.60 m @ 32.46 g/t Au within 2.00 m @ 11.25 g/t Au, 278 Vein.
  • UB-2026-058: 0.50 m @ 11.90 g/t Au within 2.40 m @ 5.72 g/t Au, 55HW Vein.
  • UB-2026-060: 0.55 m @ 30.19 g/t Au within 2.45 m @ 12.34 g/t Au, 55HW Vein; and 0.55 m @ 301.88 g/t Au within 2.10 m @ 79.23 g/t Au, 276 Vein. The 276 Vein high-grade sample is from 104.65–105.20 m; the 2.10 m composite is from 104.15–106.25 m.

The same release also announces a definitive agreement to acquire Midex Resources Ltd. by three-cornered amalgamation, issuing 3,000,000 Talisker shares. Midex’s main asset is the 45,000 ha Berens project north of Red Lake, which hosts the past-producing Berens River Mine, plus 50,000 ha in the Sturgeon Lake/Darkwater projects. The Berens River historical production is stated as 509,000 t @ 8.78 g/t Au and 323 g/t Ag, but the QP expressly says this historical data has not been independently verified.

Material Impact

Talisker Resources Ltd. (TSK) operates as a junior producer and developer with a C$185 million market capitalization, an active mine, a Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE), and a Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA). For a company at this stage, drill results are material to the equity only if they change reserves, mine life, scale, or the odds of the development thesis. This release serves as a resource-conversion and infill update. It confirms that Bralorne West veins carry high grade over narrow widths, but it does not announce a new zone, a reserve increase, a mine-life extension, or a change to the PEA.

The 301.88 g/t sample is notable, but its substance is a 0.55 m high-grade seam diluted into a 2.10 m composite. The other intercepts are solid narrow-vein infill results, generally at or above the 8.7–8.9 g/t resource grade. This serves as a positive confirmation of the resource model rather than a scale-changing discovery.

The Midex transaction is small relative to the equity: 3,000,000 shares at C$0.89 is about C$2.67 million, or roughly 1.4% of the C$185 million market cap. The historical Berens River production of 509,000 t @ 8.78 g/t Au and 323 g/t Ag implies about 144 koz Au and 5.3 moz Ag historically, but it is not a current resource and is explicitly unverified. It adds optionality and land package, not near-term value.

The stock is near its 52-week low of C$0.83 and is down sharply from C$2.26 in February 2026. The market is not priced for drill-result repetition; the anchor is the resource grade, not the best prior hole. Against that anchor, these are above-grade infill intercepts, which is positive. A modest positive share-price reaction is expected, rather than a 15%+ re-rate on its own.
