Talisker Provides 2026 Operational Update

Talisker’s high-grade Bralorne ramp-up produced ounces but remains far below the 200 koz production vision.

Executive Summary

Talisker Resources Ltd. (TSK) released an operational update covering performance through August 31, 2026, rather than an earnings release or guidance change. Year-to-date production totaled approximately 4,884 oz Au from 19,014 tonnes mined at an average grade of 7.99 g/t Au. The company sold 18,499 tonnes at 8.05 g/t Au for 4,788 contained oz, plus 770 oz concentrate, resulting in total sales of 5,558 oz. Current ore inventory stands at approximately 8,100 tonnes, with the next marine shipment expected in late October or early November 2026.

Underground development reached 2,265 metres YTD, comprising 1,041 m of operating development and 1,224 m of capital development. At the Mustang project, the 1045, 1030, and 1015 levels were opened, accessing 13 new mineralized headings, five of which are currently producing. At Bralorne West, 404 m of total decline development was completed, with Phase 3 lateral development beginning on September 3, 2026. Capital infrastructure investment in 2026 totaled $13.4 million, covering power, ventilation, camp, crushing/sorting, and surface works.

Resource conversion drilling totaled 26,730 m by August 31, 2026. The Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) is now targeted for late Q3 to early Q4 2026, a slight delay from the earlier Q3 2026 timeline. A 750 tpd permit amendment was resubmitted in July 2026, while a larger permit amendment for production exceeding 750 tpd and an on-site mill is targeted for 2027.

Material Impact

Talisker Resources Ltd. (TSK) issued a progress report that does not constitute a material financial event. The release contains no new production guidance, resource estimate, financing, strategic investment, takeover, or reserve disclosure.

Positive developments, including the first DSO shipment, high-grade drill results, Bralorne West access, and infrastructure build-out, were already disclosed in prior releases. The update confirms that actual mining rates remain significantly below the company’s long-term production vision and the prior 750 t/d 2026 target.

The market has already de-rated the stock from a C$2.26 high to C$1.45, and this release is unlikely to independently move the stock 15% or more.
