Dynasty Gold Discovers New Mineralization to 323m at Depth in Pelham and Expands Mineralization to 185m at Depth in South-Pelham at Thundercloud

Dynasty reported 108 m of Pelham depth extension at 0.48 g/t, a width without grade, as the stock hit a 52-week low.

Executive Summary

Dynasty Gold Corp. (DYG) released assay results on October 28, 2026, for the recently completed diamond drilling campaign at its 100%-owned Thundercloud project, located in the Manitou-Stormy Lakes greenstone belt approximately 47 km southeast of Dryden in northwestern Ontario. The company reported assays for three holes: DP26-07, which tested the down-plunge extension at Pelham, and DP26-04 and DP26-05, which targeted IP anomalies at South-Pelham. Assays for holes 6 and 8 through 14 remain pending, while DP26-06 is only partially reported.

Hole DP26-07 intersected three separate intervals. From 151.0 to 167.0 meters, the hole returned 16.0 meters at 0.31 g/t Au, including 157.0 to 161.0 meters at 0.66 g/t Au. A broader interval from 213.0 to 261.0 meters returned 48.0 meters at 0.39 g/t Au, including 231.0 to 247.6 meters at 0.60 g/t Au, along with 1.5-meter sub-samples grading 2.96, 2.70, and 2.06 g/t Au. The deepest interval, from 279.0 to 323.0 meters, returned 44.0 meters at 0.63 g/t Au. This section included high-grade sub-samples: 315.5 to 317.0 meters at 6.20 g/t Au, 317.0 to 318.5 meters at 6.26 g/t Au, 318.5 to 320.0 meters at 2.27 g/t Au, 320.0 to 321.5 meters at 1.29 g/t Au, and 321.5 to 323.0 meters at 2.24 g/t Au, with the interval noted as open at depth.

At South-Pelham, hole DP26-04 intersected multiple zones. The primary intersection ran from 8.0 to 44.0 meters, returning 36.0 meters at 0.32 g/t Au, including 15.0 meters at 0.54 g/t Au and 3.0 meters at 1.22 g/t Au. Additional intersections included 80.0 to 86.0 meters at 0.59 g/t Au, 98.0 to 99.5 meters at 1.58 g/t Au, and 174.5 to 185.0 meters at 0.81 g/t Au, which included 1.5-meter sub-samples grading 2.28, 2.79, 2.06, and 0.77 g/t Au. The hole ended at 200.0 meters, with the final 15.0 meters noted as pending sampling. Hole DP26-05 intersected 6.0 to 8.0 meters at 0.26 g/t Au and 17.0 to 35.0 meters at 0.23 g/t Au, including 1.5 meters at 1.02 g/t Au.

Holes 1 through 3 returned geochemically anomalous gold values but no intersections of economic significance. Core recovery was close to 100%, though true width is unknown and no cutoff grade or top-cut statement was provided. Samples were sawn at the logging site and delivered to Actlab in Dryden for analysis using the Au-AA23 fire assay method. Quality assurance and control included OREAS standards, blanks, and duplicates, with all values greater than 5 g/t re-assayed using the Au-GRA21 gravimetric method. The qualified person for the project is Peter Holbek, MSc, P.Geo.

Material Impact

Dynasty Gold Corp. (DYG) reported drill results that extend the vertical footprint of its Pelham deposit but reveal lower-grade mineralization at depth, while initial assays from the South-Pelham zone have failed to confirm the high-grade continuity suggested in previous releases. The company’s pre-resource explorer status is defined by a compliant NI 43-101 resource of 182,000 oz at 1.37 g/t, dated September 2021, and an internal non-compliant estimate of 439,410 oz at 2.14 g/t using a 0.5 g/t cut-off. As of March 31, 2026, the company held C$3.24M in cash, equating to approximately C$0.044 per share. With a market capitalization of roughly C$6.7M and an enterprise value of C$3.4M, the valuation implies a cost of roughly C$8–19/oz for the 182,000 to 439,410 oz inventory in the ground.

The latest drilling extended the Pelham footprint from approximately 200 m to 323 m vertically, confirming that the mineralized system persists to that depth. However, the down-plunge test intended to locate a continuation of the high-grade shoot returned 0.63 g/t over 44 m, including a coarse-gold bottom. At depths exceeding 300 m, grades of 0.5–0.6 g/t are generally not amenable to open-pit mining or underground selective mining, adding tonnage that would dilute rather than enhance the overall resource grade.

Assays from the South-Pelham area, part of a 2.5 km corridor thesis, returned 0.32 g/t over 36 m and 0.23 g/t over 18 m. Three of the six holes drilled in this area returned no economic gold. These results contrast with the January 2026 framing, which cited three widely-spaced step-outs as proof of widespread near-surface mineralization along a 2.5 km trend. The new data indicates that the area contains widespread anomalous gold rather than a defined deposit.

Historical high-grade intercepts from the Pelham and Feeder zones include:

  • DP22-03: 73.5 m @ 8.4 g/t (≈617 g·m, later reported as 8.9 g/t on metallic screen)
  • DP22-02: 34.5 m @ 6.0 g/t (≈207 g·m)
  • DP23-10/DP24-03: 163.5 m @ 1.0 g/t (≈164 g·m)
  • TC24-02: 94.5 m @ 1.6 g/t (≈151 g·m)
  • A referenced interval of 25.2 m @ 25.2 g/t, including 6.5 m @ 72.2 g/t
  • TC25-06: 15.5 m @ 1.04 g/t (≈16 g·m, March 2026)
  • TC25-01: 6 m @ 1.37 g/t (≈8 g·m, January 2026)

The most recent drill hole returned approximately 51 g·m total at 0.48 g/t, a result materially weaker in grade substance than previous high-grade intercepts. While the new hole represents a vertical step-out into deeper ground, it does so at significantly lower grades.

Dynasty Gold’s stock has declined from C$0.21 on October 28, 2025, to C$0.09 on October 27, 2026, a drop of 57%. The share price fell from a high of C$0.23 in late January and February 2026 to a fresh 52-week low the day before this release. Previous releases, including the January 2026 South-Pelham announcement, the February PDAC update, and the March TC25-06 results, were all followed by further price declines. The stock fell from C$0.12 on October 26 to C$0.09 on October 27, a 25% drop, establishing a new 52-week low prior to the publication of these assay results.
