Goldsky Resources drills 12.6 m @ 233.6 g/t gold uncut (14.2 g/t at a 50 g/t top cut) at Raja and 17.35 m @ 16.5 g/t gold at Palokas - 2026 infill drilling supports the Rajapalot Mineral Resource, Finland

Goldsky’s high-grade Rajapalot infill drilling confirms the existing resource rather than identifying a new discovery at the deposit.

Executive Summary

Goldsky Resources Corp. (GSKR) has released assay results from all 46 holes of its 2026 winter drilling program at the Rajapalot project in Finland. The program included 45 new diamond drill holes totaling 10,385 meters, along with an extension of the 2017 hole PAL0063. The initiative was primarily focused on infill drilling, with 37 holes covering 8,809 meters located inside or at the margins of the Raja, Palokas, and South Palokas Inferred Resource. The remaining eight holes, totaling 1,576 meters, were designed to test exploration targets.

Of the 46 holes drilled, 32 returned significant intercepts. All eight exploration-target holes returned no significant intercepts, and a total of fourteen holes overall had no significant intercept.

Key reported intercepts include:

  • PAL0433, Raja: 12.60 m @ 233.56 g/t Au uncut from 219.90 m, including 3.00 m @ 969.49 g/t from 223.10 m and 1.00 m @ 2,800 g/t from 223.10 m; 12.60 m @ 14.19 g/t Au at a 50 g/t top cut; 881 ppm Co.
  • PAL0406, Palokas: 17.35 m @ 16.46 g/t Au uncut from 97.65 m, including 5.50 m @ 28.24 g/t from 101.45 m and 4.10 m @ 28.36 g/t from 107.90 m; 13.54 g/t Au at a 50 g/t top cut; 652 ppm Co. Separate 8.00 m @ 3.42 g/t from 118.20 m.
  • PAL0441, Raja: 6.15 m @ 24.16 g/t Au from 367.35 m, including 3.20 m @ 44.27 g/t from 369.60 m; top-cut grade 16.23 g/t. Also 13.50 m @ 2.46 g/t from 347.60 m.
  • PAL0434, Raja: 15.40 m @ 7.67 g/t Au from 297.00 m, including 1.80 m @ 33.22 g/t from 309.85 m; top-cut grade 7.08 g/t.
  • PAL0439, Raja: 19.80 m @ 4.38 g/t Au from 299.70 m, including 4.05 m @ 8.13 g/t from 310.85 m.
  • PAL0403, Palokas: 16.20 m @ 5.14 g/t Au from 79.80 m, including 2.55 m @ 19.65 g/t from 92.40 m.
  • PAL0432, Palokas: 8.50 m @ 6.50 g/t Au from 258.25 m and 8.75 m @ 4.83 g/t from 247.00 m.
  • PAL0422, Palokas: 3.80 m @ 11.71 g/t Au from 232.45 m, including 1.75 m @ 22.50 g/t; plus 21.90 m @ 1.10 g/t from 239.20 m.
  • PAL0399, South Palokas: 8.15 m @ 3.40 g/t Au from 131.10 m, including 2.15 m @ 11.84 g/t.

Goldsky expects an updated Mineral Resource estimate in early November 2026, prepared in collaboration with SLR, followed by an updated Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA).

Material Impact

Goldsky Resources Corp. (GSKR) is an explorer and developer with no revenue or reserves, meaning its equity value is driven by resource estimates, development progress, and news flow. While a genuine discovery holds more weight than an infill hole, the company’s recent drilling program was designed for resource definition rather than discovery or major step-out targets. Consequently, the appropriate benchmark is the Rajapalot resource grade of 2.8 g/t Au. Under this metric, the program serves as a confirmation, with most holes intersecting at or above resource grade over meaningful widths, and the company reports that grades and thicknesses remain broadly consistent with the current geological model.

The 2026 program comprised 10,385 m of infill drilling and 1,576 m of failed exploration targets. It did not open a new zone or materially expand the known footprint of the deposit. Although high-grade results from holes PAL0406 and PAL0433 provide positive upside, they do not alter the scale of the system. The near-term catalyst for the company is the updated Mineral Resource estimate expected in early November 2026, which will be followed by an updated Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA). This latest release acts as a supporting input to those upcoming events rather than a standalone milestone.

Goldsky shares are trading at C$2.70, down from a 52-week high of C$4.33, and have been in a downtrend since May 2026. The market is not pricing this specific infill release as a new discovery. While a modest positive reaction is plausible, a re-rate of 15% or more on this release alone is not anticipated.
