Golden Arrow monetizes its final Chilean royalty interest for $13 million, receiving half in cash and half in junior equity.

Golden Arrow Resources Corporation (TSXV: GRG, FSE: G6A, OTCQB: GARWF), a Vancouver-based mineral exploration company formerly known as GRG Resources Corp., is an affiliated entity of the Grosso Group, a resource-focused management organization that provides operational support to its affiliates. Nikolaos Cacos serves as President and CEO, while Brian McEwen holds the position of VP Exploration and Development and is the NI 43-101 Qualified Person.
The company’s flagship asset is the Atakama Gold Project, located in Chile’s Atacama region. This portfolio comprises more than 9,000 hectares retained from the San Pietro project following the sale of a 73-concession copper package to Capstone. The Atakama targets include Paula, which features a core mineralized zone measuring 380 m by 77 m. Five trenches at Paula returned greater than 1 g/t Au over more than 20 m, with mapping suggesting the zone could exceed 100 m in width and remain open in all directions under gravel cover. Other targets include Lolita Norte, a vein system extending more than 3.5 km with rock chips returning 0.35 m @ 20.5 g/t Au; Dos Marias, a shear-hosted target spanning more than 3 km with 0.95 m @ 3.97 g/t Au; and Cerro Sur, an 8 km target with rock chips returning 0.45 m @ 29.72 g/t Au and 1.7 m @ 10.81 g/t Au, alongside identified IOCG-style copper sulphide and specularite breccia.
The Noemi target, also within the Atakama ground, was trenched in January 2026. Results included 76.7 m @ 1.01 g/t Au (including 26.6 m @ 1.65 g/t Au), 73.4 m @ 0.87 g/t Au, and 38.7 m @ 1.44 g/t Au. Prior to the sale of the San Pietro copper package, that asset carried an Inferred resource of 492 Mt at 0.23% Cu, 0.05 g/t Au, 99 g/t Co, and 14.43% Fe, equating to 2.5 Mlb Cu and 770,000 oz Au.
In Argentina, the company’s portfolio includes the Yanso, Potrerillos, Caballos, Mogote, and Huachi projects. According to the MD&A, the company continues to seek joint venture partners for these assets. Golden Arrow Resources Corporation currently has no producing assets, no revenue from operations, and no disclosed analyst coverage.
