NOA Lithium Provides Corporate Updates
NOA’s Argentine brine land expansion clears a regulatory hurdle, advancing the company’s resource development strategy in the region.

NOA Lithium Brines Inc. (NOAL) has received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange for an Option Agreement to acquire the Archibarca II and Archibarca III properties. The transaction encompasses 3,236 hectares located south of the company's Rio Grande Project in Salta, Argentina.
The initial consideration for the acquisition includes USD $150,000 in cash and the issuance of 226,850 common shares valued at $0.30 per share. The properties carry no net smelter royalties, and no finder's fees were paid. This announcement marks the regulatory closing step for the option agreement, which was initially announced on May 5, 2025.
NOA Lithium Brines Inc. (NOAL) has secured regulatory approval for a previously disclosed land expansion. The acquisition provides strategic optionality for future water sourcing and project development, aligning with management's stated objective to secure additional land for the Rio Grande Project's Preliminary Feasibility Study (PFS). The transaction involves a small cash outlay and follows the May 2025 announcement, which was already known to the market. Consequently, the news does not alter the company's near-term financial profile or operational timeline, and the market impact is expected to be minimal.
NOA Lithium Brines Inc. (NOAL) is an exploration and development-stage company focused on lithium brine assets in Argentina's Lithium Triangle.
