Endurance Expands Imperial and Lower Imperial Zones with 50 m Step Outs 5.89 gpt Gold and 0.19% Sb over 5.2 Metres & Multiple High-Grade Structures

Executive Summary

Endurance Gold Corporation (EDG) reported that all six diamond drill holes from the Imperial Zone at its 100%-owned Reliance Gold Project in British Columbia were mineralized in gold and antimony.

Key intercepts from the program include:

  • DDH26-140 (Imperial Zone, 50 m NW step-out along Royal Shear): 5.89 g/t Au and 0.19% Sb over 5.2 m, including 8.54 g/t Au and 0.41% Sb over 2.0 m.
  • DDH26-130A (Imperial Zone, 45 m step-out from DDH25-109): 2.97 g/t Au and 0.03% Sb over 11.1 m, including 6.40 g/t Au and 0.03% Sb over 1.9 m.
  • DDH26-134A (Imperial Zone, 63 m step-out from DDH25-110): 3.96 g/t Au and 1.92% Sb over 10.9 m, including 9.71 g/t Au and 0.41% Sb over 2.0 m.
  • DDH26-137 (Lower Imperial Zone, 55 m SE step-out): 2.24 g/t Au and 0.06% Sb over 16.2 m, including 11.75 g/t Au and 0.42% Sb over 0.6 m and 4.96 g/t Au and 0.30% Sb over 2.2 m; a secondary splay returned 3.20 g/t Au and 0.76% Sb over 2.9 m.
  • DDH26-140 (Lower Imperial, 50 m NW): 6.41 g/t Au and 0.22% Sb over 1.0 m within a broader 0.64 g/t Au over 13.5 m.

New footwall structures were identified in five of the six holes, with individual intervals reaching up to 31.90 g/t Au and 0.30% Sb over 0.5 m in DDH26-137, 17.10 g/t Au over 2.0 m in DDH26-140, and 8.55 g/t Au and 1.42% Sb over 2.0 m within 3.50 g/t Au and 0.51% Sb over 5.8 m in DDH26-144. Fourteen "notable" intercepts were flagged, as tabulated in Table 2.

The drilling program has completed more than 10,200 meters across 25 diamond holes at the Eagle, Crown, and Imperial zones, bringing the total to over 42,000 meters in the Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) area. Assays for the Crown Zone are currently being finalized. At Eagle Offset, 31 reverse circulation holes have been drilled with more than 1,500 samples submitted; however, only pXRF arsenic data has been compiled, with no gold assays available. Flotation testwork has been completed on seven of ten samples, with gold assays pending. No cutoff grade was stated for the highlighted composites, and true composite widths were estimated at 80-100% of core length.

Material Impact

Endurance Gold Corporation (EDG) is a pre-revenue explorer and developer that recently released its inaugural Inferred Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE), reporting 19.6 million tonnes at 2.30 g/t Au for 1.45 moz of gold. The company held C$8.47M in cash as of March 31, 2026, and remains debt-free with approximately C$10.1M in working capital, providing full funding for 2026 operations.

The recent drilling program focused on resource expansion and definition around the Imperial and Lower Imperial horizons of an existing MRE, rather than representing a new discovery. The results were evaluated against the resource grade of 2.30 g/t Au overall, and 2.58 g/t for the underground component. Intercepts ranging from 2.2 to 5.9 g/t over 5 to 16 meters met or exceeded these resource grades, while step-outs of 50 to 55 meters on both horizons represent genuine additions to the mineralized volume.

The drilling did not establish a new deposit, alter the scale of the 1.5 km Royal Shear system, or provide assays for the Crown Zone or the Eagle Offset RC program, nor did it include metallurgical data. The highest-grade hole recorded 43 g·m, which remains below the prior Imperial anchor of 147 g·m from DDH24-109 and the 113 g·m result from the 2026 Eagle hole, DDH26-128.

Endurance Gold’s stock re-rated following the January 2026 MRE, rising from approximately C$0.40 on January 16 to C$0.83 on February 3. The share price has since round-tripped to C$0.35, sitting below the pre-MRE level and down roughly 58% from its high, as well as approximately 37% from C$0.56 on September 18, 2026. This valuation suggests the market is currently pricing in little to no impact from this drilling, leaving potential upside contingent on strong results from pending Crown assays, which are not included in the current release. The results represent a solid, above-resource-grade expansion of two established horizons with wide-true-width disclosure and strong QA/QC, serving as an incremental addition to the 1.45 moz resource.

Company Overview

Endurance Gold Corporation (TSXV: EDG / OTCQB: ENDGF / FSE: 3EG), a precious metals exploration and development company headquartered in Vancouver, BC, is advancing its flagship Reliance Gold Project. The 100% owned asset is road-accessible and located 4 km east of Gold Bridge in the historic Bridge River Mining Camp, BC, approximately 10 km northeast of the past-producing Bralorne Mine, which had historic production of over 4 million ounces. The project is situated adjacent to roads and hydro-electric power.

An inferred mineral resource estimate effective January 8, 2026, prepared by Ginto Consulting Ltd., identified 15.6 million tonnes at 2.23 g/t Au for 1.12 million ounces in an open pit model at a 0.30 g/t cutoff, and 4.0 million tonnes at 2.58 g/t Au for 0.33 million ounces in an underground model at a 1.0 g/t cutoff and 1.5 m minimum mining width. The total inferred resource stands at 19.6 million tonnes at 2.30 g/t Au for 1.45 million ounces. The pit shell assumes a gold price of US$2,500/oz and an 81% recovery rate.

Geologically, the project features a shallow-level (epizonal) orogenic gold-antimony system along the 1.5 km drilled portion of the 4 km Royal Shear, comprising two mineralized domains: the Eagle Zone and the Imperial/Crown Zones.

The company also holds a secondary asset, Elephant Mountain, located in the Tintina Gold Belt of Alaska. This 100% owned, road-accessible property features reduced-intrusion-related and shear-hosted gold. It includes seven priority targets over 12 km, six of which warrant drilling. Endurance Gold has flagged the asset as available for spinout, option, or sale.

According to a company presentation dated August 28, 2026, the capital structure consists of 200,124,642 shares issued, 6,752,710 options, and 7,150,000 warrants, resulting in 214,027,352 fully diluted shares, with insider holdings of approximately 60%.

In the context of the Q1-2026 filing, which was not disclosed in today’s release, the company reported cash of C$8,469,008 and net working capital of C$10,076,509. The company is debt-free and recorded a net loss of C$201,068 for the quarter. For the full year 2025, the reported net loss was driven by non-cash items, with capital expenditures of C$2,578,702 on exploration. A C$8.34 million private placement closed on March 11, 2026, and C$2.8 million was raised from insider warrant and option exercises in April 2026.
