GGL Resources Corp. and Strategic Metals Ltd. Property Transaction Approved
GGL completes a 4-for-1 share consolidation and secures a $10 million earn-in path for its Yukon project following TSXV approval.

GGL Resources Corp. has received final acceptance from the TSX Venture Exchange for its property option agreement with Strategic Metals Ltd. As a condition of this exchange approval, the company completed a 4-for-1 share consolidation, reducing its outstanding share count from approximately 104.4 million to approximately 26.1 million.
The transaction grants GGL a two-staged option to earn up to 100% interest in four Yukon copper-gold properties: Hopper, Kluane, Batt, and Moraine. Under the first option, GGL can earn a 70% interest by issuing 1,000,000 post-consolidation shares to Strategic by October 31, 2026, and incurring $10,000,000 in exploration expenditures by December 31, 2029. The second option allows GGL to acquire the remaining 30% by paying $3,000,000 to Strategic, subject to a 2% NSR royalty retained by Strategic.
This development follows shareholder approval obtained in August 2026 and the initial agreement announced in July 2026.
GGL Resources Corp. (GGL) has completed a routine administrative closure regarding its share consolidation, a condition precedent previously outlined in its July announcement for TSXV acceptance. The move does not introduce new financial terms, exploration results, or strategic shifts.
The completion of the consolidation is a necessary step to proceed with the share issuance to Strategic Metals by October 31, 2026. This development removes regulatory uncertainty and allows the earn-in process to commence, though the event was fully priced in and expected.
GGL Resources Corp. (GGL) is an exploration-stage mining company focused on precious and base metals. Its flagship asset is the Gold Point Project in Nevada's Walker Lane district, which hosts historic high-grade gold-silver veins and a Cu-Mo-Au porphyry target. The company also maintains a secondary focus on the HKBM properties in southwest Yukon, comprising the Hopper, Kluane, Batt, and Moraine sites, which offer copper-gold porphyry, skarn, VMS, and high-grade epithermal gold targets. GGL is currently in the exploration phase with no revenue, relying on option proceeds and equity financing.
