Silver North Intersects 4.41 metres of 1,669 g/t Silver, 0.34 g/t Gold, 3.33% Lead and 2.00% Zinc in Step Out Drilling at the Haldane Silver Property, Yukon
Silver North’s Haldane step-out hole intersected a blind vein grading 1,985 g/t silver, matching the best hole at the deposit.

Silver North Resources Ltd. (SNAG) has reported assay results for the first three of 24 holes, totaling 6,169 meters, drilled in its 2026 program at the Haldane silver property in the Keno Hill district of Yukon. Twenty-one holes remain pending, with results expected through the fourth quarter of 2026.
The company provided detailed intercepts for three specific holes targeting the Main Fault structure. HLD26-41, starting from 241.09 meters downhole, returned 12.16 meters of core length (10.67 meters estimated true width) averaging 727 g/t Ag, 0.31 g/t Au, 3.20% Pb, and 2.05% Zn, equating to 776 g/t AgEq. Within this interval, a 4.41-meter section (3.87 meters true width) averaged 1,669 g/t Ag, 0.34 g/t Au, 3.33% Pb, and 2.00% Zn (1,646 g/t AgEq). Additionally, two sub-meter samples returned 0.34 meters (0.30 meters true width) at 4,910 g/t Ag and 0.47 meters (0.41 meters true width) at 6,640 g/t Ag. The full structure in HLD26-41 measures 16.20 meters true width and averages 524 g/t AgEq, indicating the reported 10.67-meter true width composite is a higher-grade subset of the wider structure.
HLD26-40, also targeting the Main Fault, started from 326.68 meters and returned 5.44 meters (3.95 meters true width) at 277 g/t Ag, 0.21 g/t Au, 6.16% Pb, and 0.88% Zn (388 g/t AgEq). This includes an interval of 2.94 meters (2.13 meters true width) at 507 g/t Ag (709 g/t AgEq) and a 0.40-meter section (0.29 meters true width) at 2,020 g/t Ag, 1.48 g/t Au, and 26.39% Pb (2,457 g/t AgEq). In the same hole, a previously unknown "blind" zone was identified at 204.30 meters, consisting of 0.80 meters (0.58 meters true width) at 1,985 g/t Ag, 0.49 g/t Au, 5.68% Pb, and 0.15% Zn (1,956 g/t AgEq). This zone is located approximately 120 meters up-hole from the Main Fault within an oxidized, rubbly core with no measurable orientation.
HLD26-39, targeting the Main Fault from 287.40 meters, returned 8.92 meters (5.69 meters true width) at 69 g/t Ag, 0.11 g/t Au, 0.65% Pb, and 0.69% Zn (93 g/t AgEq). This includes an interval of 2.62 meters (1.67 meters true width) at 150 g/t Ag (199 g/t AgEq).
Regarding geometry, HLD26-41 is located 34 meters updip and 40 meters along strike southwest of HLD25-31, the 2025 discovery hole. HLD26-39 is positioned approximately 50 meters downdip, while HLD26-40 is situated approximately 80 meters downdip and 20 meters along strike southwest.
Silver North disclosed its silver-equivalent formula and price deck, using US$35/oz for Ag, US$3,000/oz for Au, US$1.00/lb for Pb, and US$1.20/lb for Zn. The calculation assumes recoveries of 92% for Ag, 70% for Au, 88% for Pb, and 70% for Zn. The company noted these recoveries are based on metallurgical studies conducted on a range of analogous vein deposits, and no metallurgical work has been performed on the property itself.
This release contains drill results and does not report financial earnings. For prior-period context, Silver North reported SG&A expenses of C$962,192 and a net loss of C$405,619 for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2025. For the first quarter of 2026 (three months ended December 31, 2025), the company reported cash of C$2,571,269, total equity of C$11,546,037, and a book value of C$0.14 per share based on 81,967,431 shares outstanding. The cash balance on that statement predates the C$11.58 million financing completed in February 2026.
Silver North Resources Ltd. (SNAG) is a pre-resource explorer with no revenue and no NI 43-101 resource, carrying a market capitalization of roughly C$20-25 million. At this stage of the market scale, continuity is priced before confidence, meaning a wide high-grade confirmation plus a new zone is capable of moving the equity even without a resource.
The recent results demonstrate that the Main Fault carries the best-hole grade and a real 10.67 m true width at a second location approximately 40 m along strike. The data confirms the structure persists approximately 80 m downdip at moderate grade and identifies a previously unknown hangingwall horizon. These findings do not change resources, mine life, or net asset value because none exist yet. The change to the exploration thesis is one of de-risking and a new target, rather than a step change in scale.
The Expectation Anchor is HLD25-31, published on 2025-11-17, which returned 13.15 m @ 818 g/t Ag / 896 g/t AgEq, equating to 11,782 AgEq gram-metres. This was the best hole in property history, within a 2025 program that defined approximately 100 m strike and approximately 150 m downdip. The stock traded approximately C$0.25-0.28 around the anchor publication, ran to C$0.42-0.49 through December 2025 and mid-January 2026 on the 2025 follow-up holes plus three financings, then round-tripped to C$0.20-0.24 by October 2026. This price action returned the stock below the price at which the anchor was published and within 20% of its 52-week low. The anchor is not embedded in today's price. The market is not paying for repetition of hole 31; it is paying close to nothing for the discovery.
The new best intercept is approximately 82% of the anchor on AgEq gram-metres at core length and roughly 70-75% on a true-width basis. It features comparable grade over comparable width at a new location, plus a second downdip intersection and a new zone. Because the anchor is not embedded, this is not a negative delta; the sign is set by what the market currently assumes, which is little.
At a C$20M explorer sitting at 52-week lows, a world-class-band silver intercept with disclosed true width, credible QA/QC, a fully reported set of three holes including the weak one, and 21 assays still to come is positively differentiated versus the low bar embedded in the price. For a producer this same hole would be immaterial; here it is not.
Earnings-oriented analysis does not apply to this item. Prior-period context shows the company burns approximately C$0.9-1.2M per year in SG&A and operating cash, spent C$1.5M of capex in FY-2025, and reported cash of C$2.57M at Dec 31 2025 before the C$11.58M February 2026 financing closed. On the company's own statements, which were not independently verified, it is funded for 2026 and 2027 and has a two-year, two-rig Boart Longyear contract.
Silver North Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: SNAG; OTCQB: TARSF; FSE: I90) is a Yukon and northern British Columbia explorer with no revenue and no NI 43-101 resource on any asset. The company’s flagship Haldane project, which it 100% owns, covers 8,579 hectares of road-accessible land located 25 km west of Keno City, adjacent to Hecla Mining’s producing Keno Hill silver mine. The property hosts Keno-style silver-lead-zinc quartz-siderite veins on the Mt Haldane vein system, encompassing the Main, West, Middlecoff, and Johnson targets. To date, three vein discoveries have been identified across 61 drilled holes, with 37 drilled prior to the current campaign and 24 in 2026. By the end of 2025, the Main Fault trace was defined over roughly 100 m strike and 150 m downdip.
The Tim project, also 100%-owned, saw Coeur Mining terminate its option effective May 24, 2026. While Coeur’s work identified a CRD-style system, historical trenching at the Wolf Fault returned 468.1 g/t Ag and 21.1% Pb over 4.0 m, and Coeur’s 2024 drilling best was only 3.39 m @ 52.8 g/t Ag. At the Veronica project in the Silvertip district, a 1.2 km x 1 km Ag-Pb-Zn soil anomaly known as "Betty" has been identified, with float samples returning up to 2,860 g/t Ag and 76.8% Pb. These float samples are not from bedrock. 2026 field work is complete, with assays pending.
A combined 2% NSR royalty exists on Haldane. Orogen Royalties acquired this interest in August 2026 from the underlying holders for C$500,000 cash plus revenue-linked payments capped at C$2.5M. This transaction permanently encumbers 2% of any future revenue from the project.
In prior-period context, Silver North reported FY-2025 SG&A of C$962,192 and a net loss of C$405,619. As of Q1-2026, the company held C$2,571,269 in cash, total assets of C$12.14M, total liabilities of C$590,022, and a book value of C$0.14 per share, with 81,967,431 shares outstanding. A C$2.25M flow-through placement closed on Dec 19, 2025, at C$0.35, and a C$11.58M brokered placement closed on Feb 10, 2026, at C$0.40 (units) and C$0.56 (charity flow-through). These issuances added roughly 22.1M shares, taking the share count to roughly 104M on a pro forma basis. The company states it is fully funded for the 2026 and 2027 drilling campaigns.
