Skyharbour begins drilling at Getty E JV with Denison

Denison’s JV partner drill start signals continued exploration momentum, but execution risk remains on flagship Phoenix.

Executive Summary

Skyharbour Resources has begun the first phase of its 2026 drilling program at the Getty East uranium joint venture within the Russell Lake project area in Northern Saskatchewan. The initiative is fully financed by Denison Mines Corp. (DML) under its earn-in option and comprises approximately 3,600 metres of diamond drilling across 10 to 12 holes. Drilling targets include the Little Man uranium zone and the interpreted extension of the Middle Lake trend.

This work contributes to a broader, planned plus-15,000-metre, multiphased drill campaign at Russell in 2026. Denison holds a 30% interest in Getty East and can earn up to 70% through $15-million in staged exploration spending over seven years. The release highlights historical high-grade uranium intersections on adjacent Cameco-owned claims and notes that geophysical surveys have been completed to prioritize targets.

Material Impact

Denison is funding the current drill program pursuant to its existing earn-in option, meaning the capital deployment was already priced into the joint venture structure. The news does not alter the timeline, capital expenditure, or production profile of Denison's flagship Phoenix ISR mine.
