Goliath Reports Several Holes, Up To 9.89 g/t AuEq Over 12.00 Meters From Surebet Zone Confirming Continuity, As Well As 24.97 Meters Of 0.70 g/t AuEq From Newly Identified And Extensive Big Bulk Zone, Golddigger Property, Golden Triangle, B.C.
Goliath confirms Surebet continuity with a best hole of 118.7 g·m, which is in-line rather than a step-change.

Goliath Resources Limited (GOT) released a batch of 2026 assay results from the Surebet Discovery on its 100%-owned Golddigger property in the Golden Triangle, BC, while also recapping the 2026 programme footprint.
Key intercepts from the Surebet Zone include GD-26-483, which returned 12.00 m at 9.89 g/t AuEq (7.90 g/t Au, 138.61 g/t Ag), including 4.00 m at 28.81 g/t AuEq, 2.00 m at 56.39 g/t AuEq and 1.12 m at 70.62 g/t AuEq (core length, 265.00–277.00 m). GD-26-474 from the same zone reported 6.23 m at 9.74 g/t AuEq (9.47 g/t Au, 50.18 g/t Ag), including 4.26 m at 13.88 g/t AuEq and 1.02 m at 43.54 g/t AuEq.
Results from the Eldorado Zone showed GD-26-431 returning 7.90 m at 4.21 g/t AuEq (4.53 g/t Au) within 11.90 m at 2.87 g/t AuEq, including 5.95 m at 5.41 g/t and 1.00 m at 23.15 g/t AuEq. The Bonanza–Big Bulk–Golden Gate area yielded GD-26-467 with 11.72 m at 2.65 g/t AuEq, including 4.64 m at 6.38 g/t AuEq and 1.02 m at 28.21 g/t AuEq.
The newly named Big Bulk Zone was defined by GD-26-440, which returned 24.97 m at 0.70 g/t AuEq (0.66 g/t Au, 3.85 g/t Ag), including 7.05 m at 1.09 g/t AuEq; a second 24.97 m interval of 0.56 g/t AuEq is logged against the Bonanza Zone.
Additional smaller-to-moderate hits included GD-26-485 (Golden Gate) with 3.80 m at 8.71 g/t AuEq; GD-26-481 (Bonanza) with 6.00 m at 4.17 g/t AuEq; GD-26-466 (Golden Gate) with 4.49 m at 4.58 g/t AuEq; and GD-26-463 (Golden Gate) with 9.30 m at 2.12 g/t AuEq. Approximately two dozen further intercepts were mostly between 1 and 3 g/t AuEq over 3–7 m.
Programme statistics indicate 48,443 m in 97 holes on 7 rigs over 94 days. One hundred percent of holes intersected quartz-sulphide mineralization, and 85% of 483 holes contain visible gold to the naked eye (VG-NE). Assays are pending for 55 holes.
The 2.01 km² total footprint, the Bonanza expansion to 1.51 km² and Golden Gate to 1.17 km², the Big Bulk Zone dimensions (310 m x 500 m x 110 m) and the metallurgy (92.2% Au / 86.5% Ag / 94.2% Pb / 96.9% Zn via gravity + flotation) are all restatements of the August 24 and September 22, 2026 releases.
Goliath Resources Limited (GOT) disclosed that the new data does not alter the perceived scale of the system, which comprises 2.01 km², seven zones, 46 veins, and more than 200,000 m of drilling, all of which were previously disclosed. The update marginally affects grade, with the best hole recording 118.7 g·m, a figure that is in line to below the 2026 programme's best result of approximately 263 g·m from hole GD-26-436.
As a pre-resource explorer with no NI 43-101 resource and a market capitalization around C$257M, Goliath’s confirmatory continuity hole at a system this well drilled is considered incremental rather than thesis-changing.
The stock closed at C$3.07 on 2025-10-07, made a 52-week low of C$1.28 on 2026-07-13, and closed at C$1.45 on 2026-10-06, representing a round-trip of more than 50% and a decline from C$1.80 as recently as 2026-09-22. The market is not paying for repetition, and the result is not better in grade-and-width substance than anything previously demonstrated. The delta at the margin is slightly negative on the sequence, described as a good but not leading hole delivered into a falling tape, which suggests the market is unlikely to re-rate on this release.
Goliath Resources Limited (TSX-V: GOT; OTCQB: GOTRF; FSE: B4IF) is a precious-metals explorer based in the Golden Triangle of northwestern British Columbia. The company recently released information on March 10, 2026, regarding its Golddigger Property, which now spans 91,518 hectares and is 100% owned. These releases also reduced the optionors' net smelter return (NSR) from 3% to 2% and reset the per-ounce payment trigger to production above 4 million ounces. However, the company’s Q1 FY2026 Management’s Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) describes a 49% interest earned to 100% on a maiden resource, creating a discrepancy with the later releases.
The Surebet Discovery features a 2.01 square kilometer footprint encompassing seven mineralized zones: Bonanza, Surebet, Golden Gate, Whopper, Eldorado, Big Bulk, and gold-rich Eocene dykes. The property contains 46 gold-rich veins, with over 200,000 meters drilled across 483 holes. All intersections contain quartz-sulphide mineralization, and 85% contain visible gold. Metallurgical testwork from 2023, based on a single composite, reported recoveries of 92.2% for gold, 86.5% for silver, 94.2% for lead, and 96.9% for zinc using gravity plus flotation. Gravity-only processing at a 327 µm crush yielded 48.8% gold recovery without the need for cyanide, and no deleterious elements were reported.
Infrastructure at the site includes tidewater access with barge service to Prince Rupert, located 190 kilometers away. The property is near the permitted Kitsault mill site and town, the Dolly Varden road 7 kilometers to the east, and high-tension power lines 25 kilometers to the east.
Financial data as-reported for the nine months ended March 31, 2026, shows a net loss of C$22.26 million, earnings per share of -C$0.13, and operating cash flow of -C$36.54 million. The balance sheet lists C$48.16 million in cash, zero debt, and C$41.92 million in working capital. The book value stands at C$0.24 per share with 177.05 million shares outstanding. The MD&A notes a US$27.995 million flow-through expenditure commitment by December 31, 2026, and identifies a need for further equity or flow-through financing beyond the current twelve-month horizon.
Strategic holders include Crescat Capital, McEwen Inc. and Rob McEwen, Eric Sprott, Waratah Capital Advisors, Larry Childress, and a Singapore-based Global Commodity Group. The company also holds secondary assets, including a 49% interest in Lucky Strike and a 100% interest in Nelligan in Quebec. The MD&A states that both secondary assets are paused pending future resource or drilling justification.
