Clean Air Metals Files Interim Financial Statements for the Six Months Ended July 31, 2026

Clean Air Metals Inc. (AIR) has released its unaudited consolidated interim financial statements and Management’s Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) for the six-month period ended July 31, 2026. The company reported a net loss of $842,678 for the period, an increase from the $589,533 loss recorded in the same period of 2025. Operating expenses rose to $852,887, compared to $752,774 in the prior year period. As of July 31, 2026, the company highlighted a working capital deficiency of $3,188,114.

Financially, total assets decreased from $36,226,670 as of January 31, 2026, to $35,465,204 at the end of the reporting period. Total liabilities saw a slight increase from $3,621,866 to $3,661,340, while total shareholders' equity declined from $32,604,804 to $31,803,864. The company held total cash of $422,500, resulting in a loss per share (basic and diluted) of $0.00.

On the operational front, Clean Air Metals incurred $164,309 in exploration costs at its Thunder Bay North project.
