Kairos Gold Completes Phase Three Drilling At Las Garillas And Advances With 3,200-Metre Phase Four Expansion Program

Kairos completes Phase 3 drilling while assay delays and a Phase 4 expansion define its near-term exploration outlook.

Executive Summary

Kairos Gold Inc. has completed its Phase Three diamond drilling program at the Oro Brillante concession within the Las Garillas Project in Chile. The phase consisted of 11 holes totaling approximately 3,100 metres. The company is now preparing to launch Phase Four, an expansion program comprising roughly 3,200 metres across 10 holes, which is expected to begin within 20 days of the release.

To support district-wide exploration logistics, a new field operations base named "Estación La Higuera" has been established. Management is also planning a maiden drilling program at the nearby Carmona property, located approximately 7 km away, which is scheduled to follow the completion of Phase Four.

Assay results remain pending for the latest drilling. Holes 1 and 2 are delayed because copper values exceeded 0.5%, requiring alternative laboratory analysis. Holes 3 through 5 are currently in transit, while Holes 6 through 11 are being sampled. CEO Michelle DeCecco noted a strategic shift from infill to expansion drilling, stating that cumulative drilling will reach 31 holes and more than 9,500 metres after Phase Four to support a future resource estimate.

Material Impact

Kairos Gold Inc. (KIRO) has reached the completion of Phase Three and announced Phase Four, milestones that align with the company's previously disclosed exploration roadmap. The release contains no new assay data or geological interpretations, which are the primary drivers for valuation in early-stage exploration.

The noted assay delay for copper-bearing samples is a routine laboratory procedural issue and does not indicate a fundamental change to the project's geology or economics. The announcement maintains exploration momentum but lacks the material, unexpected catalysts required to move the stock price significantly, serving as a routine follow-up to the June/July financing and drilling commencement updates.

Company Overview

Kairos Gold Inc. (KIRO) is an exploration-stage company focused on gold, copper, silver, and rare earths in Chile's prolific Coquimbo Region. Its flagship project is Las Garillas, a 1,900-hectare property that includes the Oro Brillante concession. The geology at Las Garillas features high sulphidation epithermal veins with porphyry and skarn potential.

The company’s portfolio also includes the Carmona property, which spans 7,500 hectares and contains historical high-grade veins, as well as the La Fortuna, Apolo, and Sancarrón projects. Historical surface sampling at Oro Brillante has shown up to 61.0 g/t Au, and previous drilling intersected up to 14.9 g/t Au.

Kairos Gold is currently in the pre-resource exploration stage. No economic evaluation or resource estimate has been filed to date.
