Geiger Intersects 90 Metres of Near-Surface Uranium Mineralization, Including High-Grade Radioactivity over 15,000 cps, on Trend to Orano's Kiggavik

Geiger’s third fox hole strengthens and shallows the system using cps data rather than assay results.

Executive Summary

Geiger Energy Corporation (BEEP) completed two follow-up drill holes at the Fox Zone of its Aberdeen Project in the Thelon Basin, Nunavut, before the weather window closed.

Hole FOX26-003, positioned 25 meters northwest of the discovery hole, intersected intermittent elevated-to-high-grade radioactivity over an 89.8-meter interval from 41.0 to 130.8 meters, comprising five main zones: - 6.7 m (high 7,418 cps) from 41.0 to 47.7 m, average 1,639 cps - 5.3 m (high 15,022 cps) from 56.6 to 61.9 m, average 3,417 cps - 7.9 m (high 1,889 cps) from 70.5 to 78.4 m, average 516 cps - 21.8 m (high 4,108 cps) from 84.5 to 106.3 m, average 1,187 cps - 18.0 m (high 9,512 cps) from 112.8 to 130.8 m, average 2,099 cps

Hole FOX26-002, stepped 25 meters southwest, encountered extensive clay, sooty-pyrite, and hematite alteration. It identified an elevated zone from 163.2 to 169.7 meters (largely 100–300 cps) and a thick bleached, clay-altered silicified fault zone extending to 250 meters before stopping at 404 meters.

All values reported are downhole radiometric counts in counts per second (cps). Assays for all 2026 drill holes are pending.

The Fox target is described as 1.3 kilometers long and largely untested. The Apollo target lies 10 kilometers to the southwest. Both targets sit on the Andrew Lake Fault along a 17-kilometer corridor that hosts Orano's Kiggavik-area deposits, which hold a historical resource of approximately 127 million pounds (explicitly non-43-101).

Material Impact

Geiger Energy Corporation (BEEP) is a grassroots, pre-revenue explorer with a C$18.5M market cap and no established resource on its Aberdeen property. At this stage, a step change in perceived scale is required to re-rate the stock, rather than mere confidence in the project.

The company’s recent FOX26-003 drill hole is longer and stronger than the initial discovery hole, pushing mineralization to a depth of 41 meters and opening a near-surface dimension for the Fox system. This represents a real, albeit incremental, positive for the Fox system. However, the result is not a new discovery, a validated grade, a resource, or a step-out over meaningful distance. The Fox and Apollo targets were already announced on September 1 and September 14, 2026; this release refines the Fox target rather than expanding the district thesis anew.

The best prior Fox result, FOX26-001 from September 1, 2026, showed approximately 50 meters of elevated radioactivity, largely exceeding 100 cps and locally exceeding 500 cps, starting at approximately 173 meters. FOX26-003 is materially better in terms of interval length and radioactivity and is much shallower, marking a positive delta. Crucially, this anchor is not embedded in the current price. The stock traded between C$0.19 and C$0.20 immediately before the Fox discovery, popped only to C$0.22–0.23, and last printed at C$0.21. This is near the 52-week low of C$0.17 and far below the C$0.41 high. The market has paid for essentially nothing, making this result an unpriced positive rather than a priced disappointment.

The un-embedded price suggests more than a routine update, but the total absence of assays and the tiny 25-meter step-outs argue against anything more than an incremental confirmation.

Company Overview

Geiger Energy Corporation (TSXV: BEEP; OTCQB: BSENF), a pre-revenue uranium explorer and part of the Ore Group, is led by President and CEO Dr. Rebecca Hunter, P.Geo. Hunter previously worked at Cameco, where she led the team that discovered the Tatiggaq and Qavvik deposits. The company reported a net loss of C$17.77 million for the fiscal year 2025, equating to an EPS of -C$0.47. For the first quarter of 2026, the net loss was C$2.31 million, or -C$0.04 per share. The company holds no debt and reported C$5.58 million in cash at the end of Q1-2026, prior to the closure of a C$7.62 million financing in May 2026.

The company’s flagship Aberdeen Project, located in the Thelon Basin of Nunavut, covers approximately 95,000 hectares. It includes the Tatiggaq and Qavvik discoveries, along with more than 50 other targets such as Fox and Apollo. Drill intercepts at Tatiggaq include 2.25% U3O8 over 11.1 meters, 1.01% over 6.2 meters, and 1.49% over 3.3 meters. The Hook Project, situated in the Athabasca Basin of Saskatchewan, spans roughly 338,000 hectares. It features the near-surface ACKIO discovery, which consists of at least nine pods starting from a depth of 28 meters, extending approximately 375 meters in strike and 150 meters in width, and remaining open in multiple directions.

According to the company’s presentation, the capital structure consists of approximately 88.1 million shares and 16 million warrants and options. At a share price of C$0.20, the basic market capitalization stands at approximately C$18 million.
