Eminent Hits 57.9 m @ 0.3 g/t Au of Oxide Gold on the Otis Fault, Ending in 3.0 m @ 2.1 g/t Au
Eminent’s 57.9m @ 0.3 g/t Au intercept fails to replicate the higher grades seen in the HSC005 hole.

Eminent Gold Corp. (EMNT) has released the first reverse-circulation assay results from the Otis target at its Hot Springs Range Project in Nevada. Hole HSR2601, drilled on the Otis Fault, returned 57.9 m @ 0.3 g/t Au from 300.2 m to 358.1 m downhole. This interval included 19.8 m @ 0.5 g/t, 10.7 m @ 0.7 g/t, and 6.1 m @ 0.9 g/t. The hole ended in 3.0 m @ 2.1 g/t Au from 355.1 m to 358.1 m at the bottom limit of the RC rig. The company terminated the hole in mineralization and plans to re-enter it with core.
Hole HSR2604, located on the Little Humboldt Fault, returned 35.0 m @ 0.3 g/t Au, including 6.1 m @ 0.7 g/t and 3.0 m @ 1.1 g/t. Hole HSR2605 returned 15.2 m @ 0.3 g/t Au, which included two 3.0 m sub-intervals at 0.4 g/t and 0.5 g/t. Hole HSR2606 returned 4.6 m @ 0.2 g/t Au.
Holes HSR2602, HSR2603, HSR2607, HSR2608, and HSR2609 did not return significant intercepts. Maximum values in these holes ranged from 0.034 g/t to 0.32 g/t Au, with several failing to fully test the intended fault. The company interprets a northeast vector with strengthening pathfinder elements and clay alteration at depth, framing a larger untested target beneath and northeast of the current oxide window.
Eminent Gold Corp. (EMNT) is a pre-resource gold explorer with no revenue and a going-concern flag in its latest financials, with the market currently pricing exploration optionality rather than a defined resource. The company’s key prior anchor was HSC005, which returned 9.2 m @ 3.2 g/t Au. That release took the stock from roughly C$0.34 on 2026-01-05 to a 52-week high of C$0.78 by 2026-01-28, as the market materially re-rated on the high-grade oxide discovery.
The current release represents the first assay batch from the follow-up 10,000 m RC program, with the market waiting for confirmation or extension of that high-grade story. HSR2601 returned 57.9 m @ 0.3 g/t Au, which is materially weaker in grade and gram-metres than HSC005, despite being longer. The wider envelope does not offset the loss of grade. Most of the other holes missed or returned only anomalous gold, so lateral continuity of an economic grade has not been demonstrated.
While the bottom 3.0 m @ 2.1 g/t and the northeast pathfinder vector are exploration positives, they are not yet assays defining a new high-grade zone. The result is therefore a negative delta against the embedded anchor and should be expected to reduce market confidence in the near-term discovery thesis.
Eminent Gold Corp. is a TSX-V-listed gold exploration company focused on Nevada. Its flagship asset is the Hot Springs Range Project, a 4,311-hectare property with 100% interest located approximately 15 kilometers northwest of the Getchell Trend. The project encompasses a 10-kilometer structural corridor featuring targets at Otis, Eden, and Sitka. No mineral resources or reserves have been defined at Hot Springs Range.
The company also holds early-stage projects, including Celts, located about 13 kilometers northeast of Goldfield, Nevada, where maiden drilling was planned for 2026, and Gilbert South, a Walker Lane project approximately 42 kilometers west of Tonopah, Nevada, with drilling planned for 2027.
In March 2026, Kinross increased its ownership to approximately 13.8% on a non-diluted basis, providing strategic validation but no guarantee of further funding. As of March 31, 2026, Eminent Gold reported cash of C$2.4 million, working capital of approximately C$2.08 million, and no revenue. The company’s most recent MD&A disclosed a going-concern risk.
