G Mining Ventures Extends High-Grade Mineralization at Gurupi and Confirms Continuity at Depth at TZ

G’s Oko West and TZ cash flow valuation renders broad Gurupi and TZ drill extensions incremental rather than market-moving.

Executive Summary

G Mining Ventures Corp. (GMIN) has released results from its 2026 exploration drilling program at its Gurupi and Tocantinzinho properties in Brazil. At the Blanket deposit, the company drilled 19 diamond holes totaling 6,323 meters. Of these, seven holes have been assayed while 12 remain pending. Highlighted intercepts from the Blanket deposit include 79.6 meters at 1.78 g/t Au, 63.5 meters at 1.28 g/t Au, and 32.5 meters at 2.28 g/t Au. This mineralization extends approximately 250 meters beyond the 2025 Mineral Resource Estimate.

Drilling at the Mandiocal deposit consisted of 24 diamond holes totaling 6,787 meters, with 13 holes assayed and 11 pending. Key intervals include 48.4 meters at 1.32 g/t Au and 35.0 meters at 1.37 g/t Au, with mineralization extending up to 125 meters below the prior pit shell.

At Grodiocal, the company completed maiden drilling consisting of 127 holes totaling 17,667 meters, comprising 22 diamond and 105 reverse circulation (RC) holes. The program reported multiple near-surface intervals, including 23.0 meters at 1.97 g/t Au, 10.0 meters at 3.42 g/t Au, and 3.0 meters at 4.31 g/t Au.

Exploration at Tocantinzinho involved four holes totaling 2,548 meters, reaching depths up to 150 meters below the pit design. The best intervals at this location include 78.1 meters at 1.81 g/t Au, 10.5 meters at 4.62 g/t Au, and 51.0 meters at 1.31 g/t Au. Additionally, the company identified a 15 km by 3 km regional corridor at Tocantinzinho, where surface rock samples returned grades up to 29.8 g/t Au.

G Mining Ventures Corp. targets an updated Mineral Resource Estimate and Preliminary Economic Assessment for Gurupi by the end of 2026.

Material Impact

G Mining Ventures Corp. (GMIN) has transitioned from a grassroots explorer to a producing miner, now carrying a market capitalization of approximately C$14.6 billion. Consolidated reserves stand at 6.52 moz Au, with resources at 8.24 moz Au prior to the full integration of G2.

The Gurupi project currently holds about 1.83 moz indicated and 0.77 moz inferred resources. While recent drill results are expected to help grow that resource base, they do not alter the company-wide net asset value today. At the TZ project, operations are performing near guidance, and drilling below the pit supports possible future mine-life extension, though four holes do not immediately add measurable production.

The new Grodiocal discovery represents the most significant exploration outcome, but it remains too early-stage to impact the valuation of a company of this size. Market expectations have already driven the share price substantially from approximately C$23.63 in September 2025 to C$49.09 in September 2026. This appreciation was driven mainly by Oko West advancement, the G2 acquisition, and gold prices, rather than Gurupi exploration. Consequently, this update is viewed as positive but incremental, with an expected share-price impact of modest, likely single-digit percentage at most, making a 15% move unlikely.
