Majestic Gold Corp. Announces 2025 Q2 Results with Revenue of US$42.7 Million

(via TheNewswire) Vancouver, British Columbia – TheNewswire - August 29, 2025 - Majestic Gold Corp. (“Majestic” or the “Company”) (TSX.V: MJS, FSE: A0BK1D) announces its financial and operational results for the six months ended June 30, 2025. The following financial results are expressed in US dollars unless otherwise stated.   FINANCIAL AND OPERATIONAL HIGHLIGHTS Six months ended June 30, 2025 Gold production was 15,879 ounces, a 2% decrease over the 16,207 ounces produced for the FY2024 comparative period;   Revenue was $42.7 million, a 27.1% increase over the $33.6 million in revenue for the FY2024 comparative period;   Gross profit from operations was $22.1 million, a 22.3% increase over the $18.1 million in gross profit for the FY2024 comparative period;   Net income was $10.1 million, a 9.3% decrease over the $11.1 million in net income for the FY2024 comparative period   Cash flow from operating activities was $12 million, a 3.2% increase over the $11.6 million for the FY2024 comparative period;   Strong financial position at June 30, 2025. The Company had cash and cash equivalents of $103.5 million (FYE2024 - $100.7 million) and working capital of $64.1 million (FYE2024 - $86.3 million);   Adjusted EBITDA was $22.1 million, compared to $18.9 million for the same period in FY2024.
