Bombardier to redeem 7.875% senior notes

Mr. Francis Richer de La Fleche reports BOMBARDIER ANNOUNCES NOTICE OF REDEMPTION FOR ALL OF ITS 7.875% SENIOR NOTES DUE 2027 Bombardier Inc. has issued a notice of redemption for all of its outstanding 7.875 per cent senior notes due 2027, in an aggregate principal amount of $99,431,000 (U.S.). As set forth in the notice of redemption issued today in respect of the 2027 notes, the redemption date is Dec. 3, 2025, and the redemption price for the 2027 notes is 100 per cent of the principal amount redeemed, plus accrued and unpaid interest. On Nov. 3, 2025, a copy of the notice of redemption with respect to the 2027 notes was issued to the record holders thereof. Payment of the redemption price and surrender of the 2027 notes for redemption will be made through the facilities of the Depository Trust Company in accordance with the applicable procedures of the Depository Trust Company on Dec. 3, 2025.
