Arizona Gold & Silver Infill Drilling Intersects 90.71 Metres at 1.45 g/t Gold, Including 9.94 Metres at 5.58 g/t Gold, at the Philadelphia Project, Arizona
Arizona confirmed broad Perry Zone infill continuity, with down-dip assays serving as the primary catalyst for the project's future development potential.

Arizona Gold & Silver Inc. (AZS) reported assay results from three infill diamond holes drilled at its Philadelphia Gold-Silver Project: PC26-168, PC26-170, and PC26-171B. The company noted that the reported intervals represent drilled lengths, with true thickness estimated at approximately 60% of the drilled thickness.
PC26-171B returned 90.71 m at 1.45 g/t Au and 3.9 g/t Ag from 197.21 m, including 33.28 m at 3.02 g/t Au, 17.83 m at 4.55 g/t Au, and 9.94 m at 5.58 g/t Au. PC26-168 intersected 30.91 m at 1.99 g/t Au and 0.4 g/t Ag from 235.15 m, including 15.15 m at 2.91 g/t Au and 9.02 m at 3.79 g/t Au. PC26-170 returned 59.19 m at 1.02 g/t Au and 4.4 g/t Ag from 211.23 m, including 21.48 m at 2.14 g/t Au and 2.77 m at 5.34 g/t Au.
The company stated that these results represent the final infill holes of the current phase, with deeper drilling beneath Red Hills now underway. Two deeper holes, PC26-172 and PC26-173, are complete with assays pending, while PC26-174 is currently in progress.
Arizona Gold & Silver Inc. (AZS) remains a pre-resource explorer with no revenue, no formal mineral resource, and no economic study. The company holds conceptual bulk-tonnage and high-grade vein targets but has not yet defined an NI 43-101 resource.
The latest drill holes serve as infill and resource-definition work within an already reported mineralized envelope, opening no new dimensions, zones, or step-changes in scale. These new results are broadly consistent with the PC26-169 anchor on a contained gram-metre basis, though the average grade is lower. The release is explicitly framed as final infill holes.
The market has already priced in recent developments, with the stock rising from approximately C$0.47 on 31 July 2026 to C$0.85-0.86 in late August. This movement followed Evolution Mining’s strategic investment and the 13 August PC26-169 result. Evolution Mining acquired units at C$0.80, establishing an institutional funding anchor near the current price.
While the new results provide positive confirmation, they are not expected to trigger a market repricing, and the share-price impact is likely muted. The potentially material catalyst remains the deeper down-dip assays from PC26-172 and PC26-173 beneath Red Hills, rather than this infill release.
Arizona Gold & Silver Inc. is a pre-revenue junior explorer focused on gold and silver in Arizona and Nevada. Its flagship asset is the Philadelphia Gold-Silver Project in Mohave County, Arizona, a low-sulfidation epithermal system along the approximately 3 km Arabian Fault corridor in the historic Oatman Mining District. The company also holds the Silverton Gold-Antimony Project in Nye County, Nevada, which targets antimony-bearing quartz-stibnite veins and a deeper Carlin-type gold target.
No formal mineral resources or reserves are reported. The investor presentation provides conceptual targets only: bulk tonnage of 40-100 million tonnes at about 1.5 g/t Au and a high-grade vein target of 3-4 million tonnes at 9 g/t Au, but these are not NI 43-101 compliant resources. Metallurgical testwork reported up to 99% gold recovery from agitation leach and 84-86% projected gold recovery from heap leach using HPGR crushing.
As of 31 May 2026, cash was C$4.96 million, working capital C$5.28 million, total equity C$17.91 million, and the nine-month net loss was C$1.85 million with zero revenue. The company has since completed a C$18 million Sorbie financing and a C$12 million Evolution Mining strategic investment, materially improving its treasury.
