ProAm plans phase 1 exploration at Golden Ridge

PROAM ANNOUNCES PHASE 1 GOLD EXPLORATION PROGRAM AT GOLDEN RIDGE
ProAm Explorations Corp. has planned a phase 1 exploration program at its Golden Ridge gold project in New Brunswick. The program is scheduled to begin in October, 2026, and is intended to produce a ranked inventory of drill-ready targets by year-end.

ProAm's review of the historical exploration data has identified three principal opportunities:
A key structural trend remains largely untested: Gold-bearing west-northwest-trending structures that cross the main mineralized zone were recognized late in the most recent historical drilling campaign. Only seven of the 88 historical holes were specifically designed to test these structures, representing an important target for further evaluation.
The broader anomaly remains substantially undrilled: All historical drilling is concentrated within approximately 0.7 square kilometre of a much larger gold-in-soil geochemical and electromagnetic anomaly measuring approximately 2.5 by three kilometres.
Multiple regional targets remain untested: Two on-strike electromagnetic anomalies outside of the main drilled area exhibit characteristics similar to the known mineralized centre while additional anomalies may represent parallel or intersecting structures elsewhere on the property.

Phase 1 marks the beginning of a new stage of exploration for the project, focused on building a clearer understanding of the scale and gold-bearing architecture of the Golden Ridge system. Our objective is to develop a predictive exploration model that will guide the next phase of drilling while also testing the broader potential for multiple centres of mineralization across the property."
Phase 1 will combine high-resolution airborne surveys, 3-D geological modelling, structural interpretation and targeted fieldwork to rapidly develop drill targets, better define the known mineralized system and evaluate the broader discovery potential of the Golden Ridge project area.
The company also expects to incorporate results from the government of New Brunswick's recent regional airborne survey, which covers Golden Ridge. Data are expected to be released in late September and will be integrated with ProAm's existing geological and geophysical data sets.
Phase 1 exploration program
The planned program comprises four integrated stages:
Airborne surveys: High-resolution unmanned aerial vehicle magnetic and radiometric surveys, together with lidar and orthophotography, are planned across the priority exploration corridor. The surveys are intended to improve the definition of prospective gold-bearing structures, geological contacts, alteration patterns and subtle surface features that may be obscured by vegetation or overburden. The company will provide further updates on this program when a survey contractor has been retained and the survey size is determined.
Three-dimensional modelling and target generation: New airborne data will be integrated with gold intervals from historical drilling, geological mapping, geochemistry and regional data sets. Particular attention will be given to prospective regional targets outside of the existing drilling footprint, the undertested west-northwest structural trend and opportunities to extend known mineralization at depth.
Ground validation: Geological mapping, prospecting, soil and rock geochemistry, alteration studies, and structural measurements will be used to test and refine the highest-ranked anomalies.
Target exposure and drill planning: Where access and overburden conditions permit, selected targets may be evaluated through trenching or hand stripping, followed by channel sampling and structural analysis. Results will be incorporated into the geological model and used to select drill-collar locations and orientations.
Phase 1 is expected to be completed by year-end 2026, with the principal objective of delivering a ranked inventory of drill-ready targets, including extensions to known mineralization, depth targets beneath the historical drilling and new targets across the broader Golden Ridge anomaly.
