Kingsmen Reports High Grade Gold Samples on South Block of Its Gold/Silver Almoloya Project in the Parral Mining District, Chihuahua
Kingsmen Expands Mexican Gold Potential with High-Grade Surface Samples at Almoloya, Following Promising Las Coloradas Drill Intercepts.

The most recent news release, dated December 15, 2025, reports initial surface and underground sampling results from the South Block of Kingsmen Resources' Almoloya Gold/Silver Project in Chihuahua, Mexico. The company collected 527 samples from historic underground workings and surface, with 28 samples returning gold values greater than 6.16 g/t. The highest individual assay was 34.09 g/t gold over 0.5 meters from a surface sample. Other notable underground samples included 12.84 g/t Au over 0.7m, 16.14 g/t Au over 0.5m, and 15.76 g/t Au over 0.6m.
President & CEO, Scott Emerson, expressed enthusiasm for these initial results, stating they confirm an expansive mineralization system at Almoloya and point to exciting new targets for continued growth and value creation. The scientific and technical disclosure was reviewed and approved by Kieran Downes, Ph.D., P.Geo., a director and Qualified Person.
This news is a positive, but routine, step in the exploration lifecycle for Kingsmen Resources. The high-grade gold samples (up to 34.09 g/t Au) are encouraging and confirm the presence of significant gold mineralization at the newly optioned Almoloya project. This adds another layer of prospectivity to the company's portfolio beyond its primary Las Coloradas project.
However, the results are from surface and underground sampling, not core drilling which provides better structural and continuity information. While these results help define targets for future drilling, they do not yet delineate a mineral resource or provide information on the width and continuity of economic mineralization at depth. The news is in line with expectations for early-stage exploration on a historically productive, but underexplored, land package. It builds on the narrative of expanding the company's presence in the Parral district and validates the initial decision to acquire the Almoloya option, but it is not a "game-changer" on the scale of a significant drill discovery that would lead to a material re-rating.
The timing of this release follows closely on the heels of the December 3, 2025 news reporting a high-grade gold-rich silver discovery at Las Coloradas from drilling. This indicates continuous exploration progress across their projects, which is positive for an exploration company.
Kingsmen Resources Ltd. (TSXV: KNG) is a Canadian mineral exploration company primarily focused on gold and silver projects in the prolific Parral Mining District of Chihuahua, Mexico.
-
Flagship Project: Las Coloradas Silver/Gold Project.
- Location: Spans 8.5 square kilometers in the Parral Mining District, part of the Central Mexican Silver Belt. It is historically significant, having been exploited by ASARCO (American Smelting and Refining Company) for silver, gold, lead, zinc, and copper.
- Exploration Progress: The company completed a 12-hole, 3227.2-meter diamond drill program in August 2025.
- Key Results (from drilling):
- September 24, 2025: Reported high-grade silver equivalent discovery in hole LC-25-010, including 1,742 g/t AgEq over 0.7 meters (770 g/t silver) and 1,028 g/t AgEq over 1.45 meters (455 g/t silver). Also a wider zone of 138 g/t AgEq over 13.35 meters. This was at approximately 125 meters depth, below historic ASARCO mining.
- December 3, 2025: Announced a new discovery of high-grade gold-rich silver mineralization in hole LC-25-008, intersecting 931 g/t Silver Equivalent with 1.28 g/t Gold over 1.60 meters (156.4-158.0m). This was a new structure and added gold values to the mineralization.
- Pre-Drill Work: Prior to drilling, Kingsmen conducted extensive geochemical sampling (February-March 2025) and a 3D induced polarization resistivity (3D IP) survey (March 2025), which successfully identified five new drill targets characterized by high-chargeability/high-resistivity zones.
-
New Project: Almoloya Gold/Silver Project.
- Acquisition: Kingsmen acquired an option to purchase 100% of the Almoloya project in October 2025, following a Letter of Intent in July 2025. The project is 30 kilometers from Las Coloradas and covers 866.25 hectares.
- Terms: Option to acquire 100% interest through staged cash payments totaling US$8.625 million over eight years, with US$325,000 payable in the first two years (US$75,000 in the first year). It includes a 2.5% NSR, of which 1% can be repurchased for US$3 million.
- Potential: The project targets epithermal and Carbonate Replacement Deposit (CRD) styles, leveraging a history of artisanal mining and past production from mines like Cigarrero and Las Juliettas.
- Initial Results (December 15, 2025): High-grade gold samples (up to 34.09 g/t Au over 0.5m) were reported from initial surface and underground sampling.
-
Other Assets: Kingsmen holds a 1% Net Smelter Return (NSR) royalty on the La Trini Property, which is part of GoGold Resources Inc.'s Los Ricos North project. GoGold has an option to purchase this royalty for US$1 million.
