Western Metallica to issue six million shares for debt

WESTERN METALLICA ANNOUNCES DEBT SETTLEMENT
Western Metallica Resources Corp. has entered into debt settlement agreements with three bona fide creditors of the company, resulting in the extinguishment of an aggregate of $300,000 in outstanding indebtedness through the issuance of six million common shares of the company at a deemed price of five cents per share.
The debt settlement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval. The shares will be subject to a statutory hold period expiring on the date that is four months and one day after the closing of the debt settlement.
