Copaur Minerals sells interest in Bolo project

COPAUR MINERALS SELLS BOLO PROJECT INTEREST, STRENGTHENING FOCUS ON FLAGSHIP KINSLEY MOUNTAIN
Copaur Minerals Inc. has sold its minority interest in the Bolo gold project to Allegiant Gold Ltd.
This transaction is consistent with the company's strategic decision to focus its attention and resources on advancing its 100-per-cent-owned, past-producing Kinsley Mountain oxide gold project in Nevada.
Under the terms of the agreement, Copaur will receive cash consideration and the forgiveness of certain debt obligations owed to Allegiant by Copaur.
