Critical Elements' 10,000-Meter Summer Drill Program at Rose West Continues to Deliver Positive Results

Critical Elements expands the Rose West footprint with modest step-out grades that remain undrilled and unverified.

Executive Summary

Critical Elements Lithium Corporation has reported assay results for holes RW-26-36, RW-26-37, RW-26-54, RW-26-55, RW-26-56A, and RW-26-57 from the Phase 2 Summer 2026 drill program at the Rose West project. The company states that the Rose West mineralized footprint has been expanded by an additional 300 x 300 m block, extending Pegmatites 5, 3, and 2, with thicknesses generally ranging from 10 to 30 m.

A total of 18 holes have been drilled for approximately 3,000 m in the NE corner of the Main Target Area. Assays were received for 11 holes, while seven more holes, RW-26-59 through RW-26-65, are pending assay results. The release notes that true thickness is estimated at 80% to 95% of core length.

Key reported composites include: - RW-26-36: 2.05% Li2O and 221 ppm Ta2O5 over 7.70 m in Pegmatite 5, plus 1.46% Li2O and 176 ppm Ta2O5 over 23.35 m in Pegmatite 3. - RW-26-37: 1.32% Li2O over 13.25 m in Pegmatite 5 and 0.94% Li2O over 22.40 m in Pegmatite 3. - RW-26-57: 1.08% Li2O over 18.70 m in Pegmatite 5, including 2.15% Li2O over 6.00 m. - RW-26-54: 0.48% Li2O over 19.50 m in Pegmatite 3, including 1.12% Li2O over 4.50 m. - RW-26-55: 0.59% Li2O over 8.10 m in Pegmatite 3. - RW-26-56A: 0.53% Li2O over 14.80 m and 0.63% Li2O over 15.50 m in Pegmatite 3.

Hole RW-26-53 intersected 11.00 m of Pegmatite 3 but returned no spodumene.

Material Impact

Critical Elements Lithium Corporation (CRE) released an incremental exploration update regarding its Rose West property, which is located near-surface and adjacent to the advanced Rose Lithium-Tantalum Project. The company noted that additional lithium-bearing pegmatite volume at Rose West could eventually be material to the project envelope. However, the release did not contain a discovery hole or a step-change in grade, instead showing modest expansion and mixed grade.

The stock has not re-rated following this news, falling from approximately $0.56 in January 2026 to a low of $0.29 in late July 2026, before trading at about $0.35 just prior to the release. The anchor result, RW-26-35A at 51.7 %-m, was previously published on August 12, 2026, and the stock did not materially re-rate on that data.

Financially, the company remains pre-revenue, reporting a net loss of $3.42 million for the nine months to May 31, 2026, and holding cash of about $8.29 million. The MD&A carries a going-concern flag and notes significant financing uncertainty.
