Paradigm Gold Reports on Initial Results from 2026 Exploration Program on the Swift-Katie Property, BC and on Corporate Holdings

Paradigm’s Swift-Katie soil sampling extends gold anomalies, setting the stage for 2027 drilling at the project.

Executive Summary

Paradigm Gold Corporation reported Phase I soil sampling results from its 100% owned Swift-Katie property in British Columbia. At the Swift Target, 362 soil samples confirmed and extended a gold-in-soil anomaly an additional 500m to the northeast. The anomalies remain open in both directions, adding confidence to permitted drill sites.

At the Allouez Target, 231 samples on a 25m grid identified a new, large polymetallic anomaly (Au, Ag, As, Bi, W, Ni, Pb, Zn) up to 100m wide and 1.25km long. The findings are suggestive of porphyry or skarn-style mineralization. Historical data from a 1922 open cut showed 2.75g/t Au and 425g/t Ag, though these results are unverified.

The company plans follow-up offset soil sampling, prospecting, and test pits. Contingent on financing, 2,000m of drilling is targeted for early 2027, focusing on lateral and depth extensions at Swift (TR19/SK17-019) and potentially Allouez.

The Katie Target is permitted for drilling. Historical semi-continuous Cu-Au mineralization has been outlined over a 1.8km strike. A highlighted historical intercept recorded 101.5m @ 0.19% Cu and 0.12g/t Au.

Regarding corporate holdings, the company holds 4M shares in Pilar Gold Inc and 500k shares in Laiva Gold Inc. Neither entity is publicly traded, and no market value has been assigned.

Material Impact

Paradigm Gold Corporation (PDQ) released its August 24, 2026 exploration update, marking the next phase in its 2026 exploration roadmap. This follows the receipt of a five-year drill permit in November 2025 and the closure of a $520,000 financing in early 2026, which paved the way for Phase I soil sampling.

The results successfully validate the geological models for both the Swift and Allouez targets. The data confirms that surface geochemistry aligns with historical drill data, providing justification for the planned 2,000-meter drill program scheduled for early 2027.

The update does not include drill results, resource estimates, or economic studies. It serves as a standard exploration confirmation that management’s plan is on track, without materially changing the company's valuation or risk profile at this stage.

Company Overview

Paradigm Gold Corporation is an exploration-stage company focused on the Swift-Katie property in British Columbia’s Golden Arc, a historically prolific mining district. The company holds a 100% interest in the 83 km² land package, which contains three primary targets: Swift (gold), Katie (Cu-Au porphyry), and Allouez (polymetallic).

Historical exploration on the property includes over 20,000m of drilling. Notable historical intercepts include 2.5m @ 11.5g/t Au at Swift and 101.5m @ 0.19% Cu at Katie. The project remains in the exploration phase with no formal NI 43-101 resource estimates, no production, and no economic studies.
