Spartan Metals Commences Maiden Drilling Program at Its Eagle Tungsten-Silver-Rubidium Project, Nevada
Spartan begins maiden drilling at the Eagle project, advancing its exploration plan as planned.

Spartan Metals Corp. has commenced its maiden diamond core drilling program at its 100% owned Eagle Tungsten-Silver-Rubidium Project in Nevada. The initiative targets up to 3,000 meters of drilling across three primary zones: the SE Tungsten Anomaly, which holds skarn potential; a tungsten-silver-rubidium vein system; and new high-potential targets identified via IP geophysics. The program is fully funded from existing working capital raised in early 2026, with initial assay results expected to be released later in 2026.
CEO Brett Marsh described the start of the program as a major milestone, noting that the site has seen no real exploration since World War II. Historical context for the project includes past-producing mines—Tungstonia, Yellow Jacket, and Rees/Antelope—which operated from 1915 to 1942, producing 8,379 units at grades of 0.6%-0.9% WO3.
Spartan Metals Corp. (W) has begun its maiden drilling program, a routine milestone following months of surface sampling, soil grids, and geophysics. The announcement does not include new financial data, resource estimates, or financing terms. The market has already priced in the exploration timeline, as evidenced by the stock trading in a tight $0.54-$0.58 range since early August.
Spartan Metals Corp. (W) holds a 100% interest in the Eagle Project in Nevada, covering approximately 36.5 km². The property hosts the past-producing Tungstonia, Yellow Jacket, Rees, and Antelope mines, with targets including tungsten, silver, rubidium, copper, and antimony.
In New Mexico, the company acquired an option for the 100%-owned Victorio Project in March 2026. A historic 2012 resource defined 77.2 Mt of Measured & Indicated material grading 0.09% WO3 and 0.09% Mo. A preliminary economic assessment (PEA) is currently underway with SRK Consulting.
Both Nevada and New Mexico are considered Tier-1 mining jurisdictions, characterized by established infrastructure and permitting frameworks. Management includes CEO Brett Marsh (CPG) and VP of Exploration Rebecca Ball, with Michael Harp serving on the board.
