Voxtur Analytics' BMO debt bought by Hale affiliates

Mr. Ryan Marshall reports VOXTUR ANNOUNCES PURCHASE OF SECURED INDEBTEDNESS BY HALE CAPITAL PARTNERS HCP-FVY LLC and HCP Fund V-FVY LLC, affiliates of Hale Capital Partners, have purchased Voxtur Analytics Corp.'s existing senior secured indebtedness from Bank of Montreal. As a result of the transaction, Hale Capital is now the sole holder of all obligations owed by the company under and in connection with the senior secured facility, together with all related security documents, guarantees, collateral security and ancillary agreements.
