Cordoba Minerals obtains JCHX approval for amended deal

An anonymous director reports CORDOBA MINERALS ANNOUNCES JCHX SHAREHOLDER APPROVAL AND EXPECTED CLOSING DATE OF ALACRÁN ASSET SALE The shareholders at JCHX Mining Management Co. Ltd.'s meeting have overwhelmingly approved the transaction under the previously announced agreement among Cordoba Minerals Corp., Veritas Resources AG and a consortium of experienced mining investors led by JCHX to amend certain provisions of the definitive framework agreement to sell Cordoba's remaining 50-per-cent interest in the Alacran project along with all other exploration assets in Colombia and certain accounts receivable. The transaction is scheduled to close on March 6, 2026. The transaction remains subject to final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. About Cordoba Minerals Corp. Cordoba Minerals is a mineral exploration company focused on the exploration, development and acquisition of copper and gold projects. Cordoba is jointly developing the Alacran project with JCHX Mining Management, located in the department of Cordoba, Colombia.
