Azimut Exploration Inc. (AZM) closed a $7 million financing, a development consistent with the company’s July 20 announcement. The capital raise is intended to fund the company’s 20,000-metre drilling program for 2026.
Strategic participation from Centerra Gold, Agnico Eagle, and CDPQ underscores third-party validation of the Wabamisk and Elmer project fundamentals. The shares were priced at $0.60, aligning with recent market trading levels and indicating no significant discount or premium pressure. The transaction secures the capital runway required to execute the announced 2026 field programs without introducing unexpected catalysts or material changes to the exploration timeline.
