Core Critical exercises Bear River, Timmins E. options

An anonymous director reports CORE CRITICAL METALS ISSUES SHARES PURSUANT TO PROPERTY AGREEMENTS Core Critical Metals Corp. (formerly Xander Resources Inc.) has exercised its options to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the Bear River property and the Timmins East property. Bear River property The Bear River tungsten property is composed of 36 mineral claims covering approximately 1,980 hectares in southeastern Quebec. The company issued a total of 500,000 common shares at a deemed price of 37.13 cents to the vendor of the option agreement executed on July 8, 2025, and now holds a 100-per-cent interest in the Bear River property. Timmins East property The Timmins East property is composed of 332 mineral claims located in Ontario, Canada. The company issued a total of 850,000 shares at a deemed price of 37.13 cents to the vendor of the option agreement executed on Aug. 7, 2025, and now holds a 100-per-cent interest in the Timmins East property.
