F4 Begins Search for Radioactive Boulders at Todd and Wales Lake

F4 launches radiometric surveys at the Todd and Wales Lake deposits while appointing an experienced chief financial officer to its leadership team.

Executive Summary

F4 Uranium Corp. has launched its first high-resolution airborne radiometric survey across its 100%-owned Todd Lake and Wales Lake Projects in the southwestern Athabasca Basin. The survey encompasses approximately 3,850 line kilometres and utilizes the proprietary RAMP-HD system to identify radioactive boulders or boulder trains that may serve as exploration vectors for uranium mineralization.

In a concurrent personnel update, the company appointed Sonia Graham as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 1, 2026, succeeding outgoing CFO Jeremy Polmear. Ms. Graham brings more than 20 years of senior finance leadership experience to the role, including service as Principal Accounting Officer for Xenon Pharmaceuticals' IPO. Under the company’s fixed equity incentive plan, she received an equity grant of 325,000 Restricted Share Units (RSUs), which will vest one-third annually over a three-year period.

Material Impact

F4 Uranium Corp. (FFU) announced a radiometric survey, a logical progression following the July 2026 mobile MT survey at Wales Lake and the December 2025 MT survey at Todd Lake. The company also appointed a new CFO, a standard corporate governance update relevant following the $1.0 million brokered private placement closed in July 2026.

The announcement does not contain breakthrough discovery data or immediate financial results. It confirms the company is executing its planned exploration program and strengthening its financial leadership team.

Company Overview

F4 Uranium Corp. is a pre-revenue junior explorer focused on uranium assets in Saskatchewan's Athabasca Basin, having spun out from F3 Uranium in August 2024. The company holds a portfolio of 17 properties, with Todd Lake and Wales Lake serving as key western Athabasca targets.

Todd Lake is 100% owned and located 14 km southwest of Paladin’s Triple R and NexGen’s Arrow deposits. It is significantly underexplored with no historic drilling. Wales Lake is also 100% owned, comprising 40,113 hectares. It is permitted, drill-ready, and located within 20-25 km of major regional discoveries. Only two historic drill holes exist on the property.

The Murphy Lake property is partnered with UraniumX Discovery Corp., which can earn up to a 70% interest. The technical team has a proven track record, having been directly involved in major uranium discoveries including Triple R and JR Zone.
