Silver Bullet holder Richardson acquires securities
Insider Richardson doubles down at $0.12 as Silver Bullet production ramps and stock hits multi-month lows.

G. David Richardson, via Countryman Investments Ltd., filed an Early Warning Report disclosing a series of acquisitions of Silver Bullet Mines Corp. (SBMI) securities. Richardson's total ownership increased from 23.7% to 26.0% on a partially diluted basis.
Transactions span from October 2025 to July 2026 and include share acquisitions for services, conversion of convertible debentures, exercise of warrants, and a $300,000 private placement of debentures and warrants. The July 22, 2026 private placement includes a $300,000 debenture convertible at $0.12/share for two years, and 3,000,000 warrants exercisable at $0.16/share for two years. Richardson states the securities were acquired for investment purposes and intends to monitor the company's business and affairs.
Richardson has been steadily increasing his stake in Silver Bullet Mines Corp. since May 2024, marking a follow-up to a well-documented, multi-year accumulation pattern. The company’s recent $300,000 debenture placement and warrant exercises provide incremental working capital, though the amounts are modest relative to the company's operational and development needs.
The transaction signals continued insider confidence at current depressed price levels of $0.12–$0.16. However, it does not represent a new strategic partnership, a change in control, or a material shift in the company's capital structure. The news is expected and incremental, reinforcing existing support without altering the fundamental trajectory or valuation of the company.
Silver Bullet Mines Corp. (SBMI) operates a hub-and-spoke mining model centered on a wholly-owned modular mill in Globe, Arizona. The company’s flagship assets include the KT Mine, which produces gold and silver, and the SC Mine, which focuses on silver, both located in Arizona. Recently, Silver Bullet acquired the Columbia and Gold Queen mines in Gila County, Arizona, while the Washington Mine in Idaho remains in development.
The company transitioned from development to cash-generating operations in late 2025, having shipped multiple batches of gold and silver concentrate. Silver Bullet has signed a five-year framework agreement with Ocean Partners US Inc. for up to 36,000 tons per year. The company’s strategic focus is on scaling high-grade precious metal production, expanding mill throughput, and adding sulphide processing capabilities.
