Pan Global Expands Near-Surface Gold Mineralization at Providencia with 2.36 g/t Gold Over 80 Meters, Carmenes Project, Spain

Pan Global’s Providencia gold zone widens at depth, reinforcing district-scale potential in Spain.

Executive Summary

Pan Global Resources Inc. (PGZ) reported new high-grade gold channel sampling results from the Providencia target at its 100%-owned Cármenes Project in northern Spain. Surface sampling identified a continuous 80-meter zone grading 2.36 g/t Au, including higher-grade intervals of 23m @ 3.21 g/t Au and 8m @ 7.40 g/t Au.

Underground channel sampling on the 1438m Level revealed polymetallic mineralization, including copper, nickel, and cobalt, with significant intervals such as 6.96% Cu and 2.34% Ni over 2 meters. The results indicate that mineralization widens at depth and extends beyond historical mine workings, supporting the potential for a large gold-rich breccia system.

Drilling is ongoing with six holes pending assay results from an eight-hole diamond drill campaign testing depth and lateral continuity.

Material Impact

Pan Global Resources Inc. (PGZ) released incremental follow-up results from its Providencia project on July 30, 2026, building on previous high-grade intercepts that included 29.8 g/t Au over 3m in March 2026 and 20.2 g/t Au over 5m in May 2026. The findings validate the company’s geological model, confirming that the gold system is not only high-grade but also widening at depth and hosting polymetallic copper-nickel-cobalt mineralization.

The news aligns with the previously announced 20,000-meter 2026 drill program and does not introduce unexpected material changes to the project's economics or timeline. Market expectations for continued drill results at Providencia were already priced in.

Company Overview

Pan Global Resources Inc. (PGZ) is an exploration-stage mining company focused on the Iberian Pyrite Belt in Spain. The company controls over 16,700 hectares across its flagship projects, positioning it in a Tier-1 jurisdiction with favorable permitting and proximity to major mining operators.

The Escacena Project in Southern Spain hosts the La Romana (Cu-Sn-Ag) and Cañada Honda (Au-Cu-Ag) deposits. Maiden NI 43-101 Mineral Resource Estimates were announced in December 2025, totaling 32.4 Mt Measured & Indicated at La Romana and 5.0 Mt Inferred at Cañada Honda.

The Cármenes Project in Northern Spain focuses on high-grade gold and polymetallic (Cu-Ni-Co) mineralization at the Providencia and Profunda targets. Recent drilling has confirmed a large, widening hydrothermal breccia system.
