Titan Secures Strategic Supply Agreement with U.S. Aerospace and Defense Manufacturer
Titan’s Kilbourne project hit defense-grade graphite LOI levels, though non-binding terms and a 2028 commissioning date delay near-term catalysts.

Titan Mining Corporation has entered into a non-binding Letter of Intent with a U.S. aerospace, defense, and advanced industrial manufacturer to supply natural graphite products from its planned commercial Kilbourne facility. The counterparty has initiated product qualification testing using samples from Titan's operating demonstration plant, with early results proving positive. This agreement supports Titan's goal of establishing a secure, traceable domestic U.S. natural graphite supply chain to reduce reliance on Chinese processing capacity. The commercial facility is targeted for commissioning in 2028, subject to feasibility study completion, project financing, permitting, successful customer qualification, and negotiation of a definitive supply agreement. The agreement is non-binding and carries no guaranteed volumes, pricing, or timeline until a definitive contract is executed.
Titan Mining Corporation (TI) announced a Letter of Intent (LOI) that validates its Kilbourne graphite product for high-specification defense and aerospace applications. The agreement is non-binding, subject to multiple conditions precedent, and does not guarantee volumes, pricing, or immediate revenue.
The development does not materially alter the company’s capital requirements, financing structure, or construction timeline. It represents a telegraphed step in the customer qualification process that management has been advancing since Q1 2026.
The market has already priced in the strategic defense narrative, as evidenced by the stock’s prior run to $7.02 in January 2026. The current release is considered incremental rather than transformative.
Titan Mining Corporation (TI) owns Empire State Mines (ESM), a 100%-owned underground zinc operation in Gouverneur, New York, which produces zinc concentrate and has a demonstrated track record of execution. The company is also advancing the Kilbourne Graphite Project, an open-pit graphite site located less than 1 mile from the ESM mill. The project has moved through a Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA), demonstration plant commissioning, and a Feasibility Study, targeting a commercial capacity of 40,000 tonnes per annum. Additionally, Titan Mining holds the Parish Target, an early-stage exploration prospect within the Balmat-Edwards district that focuses on IOCG and critical mineral potential. The company is positioned as the first fully integrated U.S. natural flake graphite producer in over 70 years, leveraging existing infrastructure and federal support.
