iMetal Resources Inc. (IMR) has updated its previously announced non-brokered private placement, originally dated July 27, 2026. The offering size has been adjusted to up to 30,000,000 units priced at $0.10 per unit, targeting gross proceeds of up to $3,000,000. Each unit comprises one common share and one transferable share purchase warrant. The warrants carry an exercise price of $0.175, a 36-month term, and an accelerated expiry clause if the share price exceeds $0.40 for 20 consecutive days.
Proceeds from the transaction are designated for further exploration at company properties and general working capital. Integrity Capital Group is acting as financial advisor, receiving an 8% cash commission and 8% in non-transferable broker warrants. The transaction remains subject to regulatory approvals and TSXV acceptance.
