Majestic Gold Corp. Postpones Annual General Meeting

Majestic Gold Corp. (TSX.V: MJS, FSE: A0BK1D) has announced the postponement of its Annual General Meeting (AGM), originally scheduled for July 31, 2026, to September 22, 2026. The decision follows a ruling by the Supreme Court of British Columbia to hear an expedited petition filed by shareholder Mr. Fan Zhong Kong, with the court hearing set for August 31, 2026.

In a statement regarding the change, the company noted, "The Company has decided to postpone the AGM following a decision by the Supreme Court of British Columbia to hear on an expedited basis the petition commenced by Mr. Fan Zhong Kong... The postponement is intended to allow the Court to adjudicate the matters raised in the petition in advance of the AGM."

To accommodate the new meeting date, Majestic Gold Corp. has established a new record date for shareholders entitled to vote at the AGM, which is now set for August 21, 2026.
