Quri-Mayu adopts semi-annual financial reporting

QURI · Price

Quri-Mayu Developments Ltd. (QURI) has elected to transition from a quarterly to a semi-annual financial reporting framework (SAR) under Coordinated Blanket Order 51-933. The change is intended to reduce administrative and financial burdens, allowing management to focus resources on business objectives.

The election relies on Coordinated Blanket Order 51-933, which permits eligible venture issuers to voluntarily adopt semi-annual reporting. The company confirms it meets all eligibility criteria under the order. As part of this transition, Quri-Mayu Developments Ltd. will cease filing interim reports for the three-month period ending January 31 and the nine-month period ending July 31. Specifically, the company does not intend to file an interim financial report for the nine-month period ending July 31, 2026.

The company will continue to file audited annual financial statements and related Management’s Discussion & Analysis (MD&A), which are due within 120 days of fiscal year-end. Additionally, interim financial reports for the six-month period ending April 30 will continue to be filed within 60 days of the period-end. The company remains committed to timely disclosure and will continue to report all material changes and significant developments in accordance with National Instrument 51-102.
