Thunderstruck Appoints Director and Provides Exploration Update

Thunderstruck Resources Ltd. announced that Zhaojin International Gold Co. Ltd. has appointed Mr. Tang Lei as its initial nominee to the Board of Directors, effective June 15, 2026, pursuant to an investor rights agreement dated May 20, 2026. Mr. Tang serves as Director and CEO of Zhaojin International Gold Co., Ltd., bringing over 30 years of experience in mineral exploration, mine development, and mining operations. He holds a bachelor's degree in Geological and Mineral Exploration and a Master's in Geochemistry.
In conjunction with the board appointment, the Company granted an aggregate of 2,550,000 stock options to directors, officers, employees, and consultants. These options carry an exercise price of $0.13 per share and are exercisable for a period of five years.
The release also included an exploration update noting that the technical team is conducting field due diligence at the Liwa gold-silver prospect, the final of four principal projects. Vice President of Exploration Wenbin Chen is leading the field due diligence efforts in Fiji. Upon completion of site reviews, the team will finalize a comprehensive exploration program for the Company's portfolio. Thunderstruck is a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on copper-gold porphyry, gold-silver epithermal, and VMS base-metal deposits in Fiji.
