Scope closes $3-million private placement

Mr. Ted Carefoot reports SCOPE TECHNOLOGIES CORP. CLOSES PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF $3,000,000 Scope Technologies Corp. has closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement financing by issuing 7,894,736 units at a price of 38 cents per unit for total proceeds of $3-million (see news release dated Oct. 24, 2025). Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant, with each warrant entitling the holder to acquire one additional share at an exercise price of 60 cents until Nov. 5, 2028. The company paid finders a fee totalling $49,431.30. The securities issued under the offering will be subject to restrictions on resale until March 6, 2026. The aggregate net proceeds of the offering will be used to expand the company's QSE platform, as well as for general working capital purposes. About Scope Technologies Corp.
