Steadright Critical files TitanBeach technical report

Mr. Matt Lewis reports STEADRIGHT ANNOUNCES TITANBEACH ONE 43-101 INITIAL TECHNICAL REPORT Steadright Critical Minerals Inc.'s technical report (43-101) for TitanBeach One in Morocco has been filed on SEDAR+. The work was done by Quebec-based firm, ABG Exploration Inc. An NI 43-101 technical report is a formal, summary document required by Canadian securities regulators for public disclosure of scientific and technical information about a mining company's mineral projects. It ensures transparency and protects investors by detailing exploration, development and production data, all presented in a standardized format. Once the submission made by Steadright has been reviewed it will be released. "The company has filed the NI 43-101 report supporting the results previously announced on Sept. 16, 2025, and there are no material differences." The company is also waiting for its environmental and mining licence in the quite near future on TitanBeach One, where the initial assays resulted in the following, "Heavy Mineral beach sand samples reveal the existence of potential ilmenite, titanomagnetite, magnetite, leucoxene and rutile bearing sands with Fe203 values of up to 79.5% and Ti02 as high as 14.9%" (press release, Sept. 16, 2025). The extended technical report into the sand dunes and on Beach Two did not materialize, as the company is still waiting on results from late November and early December, 2025, from the last exploration program. As such, Steadright has decided to move things forward by focusing on TitanBeach One and the application for the mining licence, which was applied for at the end of 2025. Steadright's chief executive officer, Matt Lewis, states: "We are a company that does what we say we will do. When it comes to TitanBeach, that's a promise made -- and a promise kept. "The Canadian and Moroccan team have our noses to the grindstone and will be moving forward on the titanium sands as fast as is doable." About Steadright Critical Minerals Inc. Steadright Critical Minerals is a mineral exploration company established in 2019. Steadright has been focused in 2025 on finding exploration and historical mining projects that can be brought into production within the Moroccan critical mineral space.
