Ndatalyze to complete genetic swab collection
Mr. Jim Durward reports
NDATALYZE CORP. UPDATES THE "EPITOME" PREDICTIVE SPORTS PERFORMANCE ANALYTICS PROJECT AND THE RTO PROGRESS
Ndatalyze Corp. has completed the genetic swab and questionnaire collection for two WHL teams of the three teams participating in the Epitome predictive analytic project. The third team is from the Ontario University Athletics conference, and its data collection is to begin before Oct. 31 with closure expected prior to the end of November.
The corporation's president, Jim Durward, stated: "Player participation has been exceptional. It's such a pleasure to work with people who understand the technology's potential and want to apply it to inform better performance from individual players and entire teams."
Regarding the previously announced reverse takeover, the corporation has been informed that the RTO target audit is continuing and that the extended time frame is due largely to the large number of product SKUs and the tracking from purchase to sale of these items. The corporation has also been informed that the tax opinion that the controlling shareholder of the RTO target was waiting for has been received and that the associated paperwork and RTO share structure are being finalized in advance of the anticipated private placement and presentation to the Canadian Securities Exchange. Trading in the corporation's shares will remain halted until the RTO is completed or abandoned.
