Fluent CEO Beasley resigns; Vautrin to serve in interim

PROVIDES MANAGEMENT UPDATE Robert Beasley has provided notice of his resignation from his positions as chief executive officer and a director of Fluent Corp., effective Aug. 8, 2025, in furtherance of his and the company's mutual determination that a leadership change is in the best interest of the company as it advances its strategic priorities.
