Carrier Connect increases private placement to $4M

Mr. Mark Binns reports CARRIER CONNECT DATA SOLUTIONS UPSIZES PRIVATE PLACEMENT Due to strong investor interest, Carrier Connect Data Solutions Inc. is upsizing its previously announced non-brokered private placement. The company will offer up to 5,714,285 units of the company at a price of 70 cents per unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $4-million. Each unit will consist of one common share and one-half of one transferable share purchase warrant, each full warrant entitling the holder to acquire an additional common share of the company at a price of $1 per share for a period of two years. The proceeds from the offering are expected to be used for merger-and-acquisition transactions, working capital and general corporate purposes. In completion with the offering, the company will pay finders' fees to eligible third parties which have introduced subscribers to the offering. All securities issued in connection with the offering will be subject to restrictions on resale for a period of four months and one day in accordance with applicable securities laws. Completion of the offering remains subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. About Carrier Connect Data Solutions Inc.
